Rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax are the most important diseases on rubber trees, which are caused by Oidium heveae Sieinm and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.)Sacc. These two diseases had serious occurrenced repeatedly in the past decades, it affects seriously the growth and yield of rubber trees. Therefore to carry out the prevention and control by the two diseases have great significance.This article focuses on the effects of p3s on growth and physiological responses to stresses in rubber tree seedlings, formulation processing,the prevention and control role to rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax under different application of p3s. Verify the efferts of p3s on growth and the increase of adversity resistance in rubber trees from a macro point of view, the efferts of p3s on disease resistance in rubber treesfrom a microscopic point of view.Process three formulations include EC,AS and PA, conduct in vivo bioassay and field efficacy assessment.To break the traditional control concept, to the starting point by one pesticide to combat two diseases, to explore the effective pesticide in rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax's prevention and control from the point of view with improving host immunity,increase host plant's disease resistance, the repair of palnt tissue and indirectly inhibit the pathogenic.Provide new ideas for the comprehensive prevention and control of these two rubber tree leaf diseases. The results of the study are as follows:1. The treatment of6.0mg/L of p3s significantly optimized the height, stem diameter, distance between leaf-umbrella, leaf area, compared with the control, the height increase6.35cm, the stem diameter increase0.037cm, the distance between leaf-umbrella increase1.88cm, the leaf area increase6.68cm2. The treatment of4.5mg/L of p3s significantly increased the activity of POD, it improve464.4U/(g-min).The treatment of6.0mg/L of p3s significantly increased the activities of PPO and PAL, they respectively improve89.7U/(g-min) and1026.4U/(g-min). Compared with the control, the activities of POD,PPO,PAL maintained higher level over a period of time. In contrast to the control, the treatment of6.0mg/L of p3s significantly increased the ability of rubber seedlings resistance to anthracnose.2. After the screening of solvents and emulsifiers, to process the5%p3s EC, the result of quality detection showed that the indicator include exterior and stability are qualified, achieve the technical requirement of the EC formulation.After the screening of surfactant, penetrating agent, defoamers, preservatives, to process the2%p3s AS, the result of quality detection showed that the indicator are qualified, achieve the technical requirement of the AS formulation. After the screening of tackifier, to process the6%p3s PA, the result of quality detection showed that the indicator are qualified, achieve the technical requirement of the PA formulation.3.To measure the effects of p3s EC,AS,PA on prevention to rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax in rubber tree seedlings, screening the best formulations and the best dosage from the three formulations.the result shows that:5%p3s EC's anti-efficiency is relatively poor, the anti-efficiency of2%p3s AS and6%p3s PA is good,10.0mg/L of2%p3s AS have the best effects. The control efficiency of10.0mg/L of2%p3s AS to rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax is72.1%and79.1%, it have no significant difference with the control pharmacy. The control efficiency of6%p3s PA to rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax is66.6%and72.7%, close to the control pharmacy.4.To carry out the field efficacy assessment in rubber trees, comparison the efferts of10.0mg/L of2%p3s AS and6%p3s PA on prevention and control to rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax, the result shows that:Spray method is better with the effert than trunk injection method, the control efficiency of10.0mg/L of2%p3s AS with spray method to rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax is72.1%and79.1%, the control efficiency with trunk injection method to rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax is63.8%and69.3%, the effect of6%p3s PA with bark smear is less than2%p3s AS, the control efficiency to rubber powdery mildew and rubber anthrax is59.0%and62.4%.
