Lonicera japonica Thunb is semi-evergreen Perennial Woody vines of Caprifo-liaceaeLonicera. Honeysuckle is the caprifoliaceae plants dried flower buds of Lonicera macranthoides orwith open flowers, It has a very broad development prospects in the pharmaceutical industry, foodbeverage industry, health care products industry and daily chemical industry. This articleevaluates13different species of honeysuckle from the external form, internal structure and on thecontent of the index constituents, and discusses some methods of identifying quality ofhoneysuckle. Discusses the medicinal value of honeysuckle by comparing the contents of indexconstituents in different parts of Honeysuckle,provide the reference for the development andapplication of each place of honeysuckle; Find out the common characteristic peak of Henanhoneysuckle through the establishment of the HPLC chemical fingerprints of Henan Honeysuckle,Discusses the method of identify the quality of Chinese herbal medicine honeysuckle by chemicalfingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine.1.Different species of Lonicera japonica Thunb divide large and small leaves according tothe leaf length, width and breadth. Classify dense hair type and few hair types according to skinthe glandular hairy density. Different germplasms of Lonicera japonica Thunb are different in thesize of the leaves, non-glandular trichome density, non-glandular hairs on its length, size of thestomatal apparatus and density vary. Therefore, length, width, and length-width ratio of the leavesof Lonicera japonica Thunb, non-glandular hairs length, density, pore size and density and so on,can be used as a basis for the Division of germplasms of Lonicera japonica Thunb.2.Using scanning electron microscopy (sem) method compared the13germplasm Lonicerajaponica Thunb germination of the pollen grain surface spike hole and the length and density, Finddifferent species of the shape of the pollen grain Lonicera japonica Thunb similar, Polar view isthe triangle, the view of the equatorial plane is nearly circular, and aperture3, But the size of thepollen grain, the germinal aperture, surface thorn of length, density are at differences.3.The shape, length, weight, thousand needle heavy, the drying rate and index components ofdifferent germplasm honeysuckle bud has been determined and analysed,The results show that honeysuckle germplasm can be better divided through difference analysis of the external shapeand internal structure and chemical composition, lay the theoretical basis for breeding newvarieties and quality control.4.The content of chlorogenic acid and Luteolin glycosides of four parts of Henanhoneysuckle such as buds, leaves, branches and stem-tips has been determined throughhigh-performance liquid chromatographic method.found that there is a difference in the content ofchlorogenic acid and luteolin glycosides of different parts of Henan honeysuckle, the content ofchlorogenic acid is that flower buds>leaves>branches>stem-tips, the content of luteolinglycosides is that stem-tips>leaves>buds>branches, that provide the theory basisforcomprehensive development of honeysuckle.5.The henan honeysuckle genuine chemical fingerprint has been established byhigh-performance liquid chromatography, and confirmed15common peak,that provided technicalsupport for distinction Honeysuckle flower and silver flower of Chinese medicinal materials andidentification of quality of authentic honeysuckle.
