This trial was investigated the effect of NSP Enzymes on the growth performance and nutrientdigestibilities, anti-oxidative capacity, serum biochemical indexs and other index are shown infollows in Muscovy Duck fed on low energy and high by-product diets, A total of12801day-oldsexed muscovy ducklings from the same hatching were randomly assigned to8treatmentsconsisting of one PC, one NC and six other enzyme treatments (Table1). Each treatmentcomprised8replications with20ducklings (10males and10females) per replication. the controlgroups were as follows: A practical corn-soy diets with moedrate inclusion of hgih fiberby-products were used as the positive control. The low energy (reduction100kcal/kg for growerand finisher) diets with high inclusion of high fiber by-products were used as negative control. The composition and nutrient content of the experimental diets are shown in Table1and Table2.The results were showed as follows:The feed to gain ratio(F\G) in teatment2(NC)was highest and significantiy higher thanteatment5(P<0.05),while there was no signifcant difference in teatment1(PC)(P>0.05).1~21daverage body gain in treatment2(NC) were highest and significantly higher than otherteatment(P<0.05),but there was highest average feed intake and get to positively signifcant levelcompared with treatment5(P<0.01).There was no signifcant difference in average body gainamong teatment during22~42d, but there was highest average feed intake in teatment2(NC) andshowed significantly higher than teatment1(PC),teatment4,teatment5and teatment6(P<0.05).42~84d average body gain in treatment1(PC) were highest and significantiy higher than otherteatment(P<0.05), but there was highest average feed intake and get to positively signifcant levelcompared with treatment5and treatment6(P<0.01).The crude protein availability in ration of PC and treatment7was extremely remarkable withother control groups, the energy availability in ration of teatment1(PC) were significantly higherthan treatment2(NC), but there was no signifcant difference in enzyme A best treatment, enzymeB and enzyme C treatment was lower in energy availability in ration compared with enzyme Abest treatment. The TP value in treatment2(NC) was lowest and showed significantly lower than otherteatment(P<0.05). The ALB value in treatment2(NC) was also lowest and showed significantlyhigher than teatment1(PC)and teatment4(P<0.05), And get to positively signifcant levelcompared with treatment6(P<0.01). There was highest UBUN vaule and UA vaule in teatment2(NC) and showed significantly higher than other teatment. There was lowest T-AOC value in treatment2(NC) and showed positively signifcant levelcompared with treatment4,tratment5and reatment6(P<0.01),So as to CAT value, It is showedsignificantly higher than teatment1(PC),teatment4,teatment5and teatment6(P<0.05). Therewas no signifcant difference in MDA value among teatment(P>0.05).The result showed that the enzym extremely improving the villus height of duodenum andjejunum(P<0.01), the villus height of ileum are significantiy higher than teatment2(NC)(P<0.05).but the crypt depth and VCR of of duodenum, jejunum and ileum was no signifcantdifference in teatments. The enzyme treatments reduced the population of E.coli in cecum, it get to positively signifcantlevel compared with teatment2(NC)(P<0.01), meanwhile the enzyme treatments extremelyimproving the population of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in cecum.
