| New GIFT Tilapia was the experimental object for this study, using different doses ofPericarpium citri Reticultae Extract in the tilapia basic feed as the experimental feed. The objectivewas to investigate the Pericarpium citri Reticultae Extract on the growth performance,digestiveenzymes and immune function of tilapia. Five groups were set: the control group,500mg kg-1,1000mg kg-1,1500mg kg-1and2000mg kg-1. The period of experimental was60days, results are asfollows:1,The period for growth performance was60d days, determination of the body weight and bodylength of new GIFT tilapia every20days in each groups,the result show that: the weight of1000mg kg-1group and1500mg kg-1group were significant higher than the controlgroup(P<0.01,P<0.05), the later period,1500mg kg-1group are always significantly higher thancontrol group(P<0.05); But the body length in each experimental groups were not significantdifference with the control group(P>0.05), the full fill of1000mg kg-1and1500mg kg-1groupsignificant higher than the control group (P<0.01).2,Detected the changes of tilapia intestinal villus morphological by HE staining method, the resultshow that the intestinal structure was integrity and intestinal villus was neatly arranged in allgroups. Intestinal villus length and myometrial thickness in each experimental groups were higherthan the control group. Among them,1000mg kg-1and1500mg kg-1groups were the most obviousdifference than the control group.3,The Pericarpium citri Reticultae Extract can enhance the activity of lipase, protease and amylasein digestive tract of the new GIFT tilapia. The highest activity of the lipase was1500mg kg-1group,stomach. showed much more differences than liver and foregut (P<0.01); the result of proteasewere that, activity of pepsin of the stomach was not significant differences with the controlgroup(P>0.05), the activity of trypsin in the foregut of1000mg kg-1and1500mg kg-1groups weresignificant difference with the control group(P<0.01); in the stomach, only in60days the activity ofamylase of1000mg kg-1group was significant higher than the control group(P<0.01), in theforegut,1000mg kg-1and1500mg kg-1groups were significant higher than the controlgroup(P<0.01), in liver, the activity of amylase of1500mg kg-1group was significant higher thancontrol group at40thdays and60thdays(P<0.01), and1000mg kg-1were significant higher than control group only in60thdays.4,At the last day of the experiment(60thdays), each group take5experimental animals' differentsegments of intestinal to production of tissue sections, detected the number of tilapia intestinalintraepithelial lymphocytes (iIEL) by HE, and detect the number of mucous cells by AB-PAS, theresult showed that: Pericarpium citri Reticultae Extract could increase the number of iIEL andmucous cells, the number of mucous cells of1000mg kg-1and1500mg kg-1groups were significanthigher than control group(P<0.01), and the number of iIEL of1500mg kg-1group was significanthigher than control group(P<0.01).5,Determination the activity of ACP, AKP, The LSZ, SOD POD and NOS in the liver ofexperimental animals,the results indicated that: Pericarpium citri Reticultae Extract could improvethe activity of the APC, AKP, POD, SOD and NOS, at the dose of1000-1500mg kg-1Pericarpiumcitri Reticultae Extract was the best, and the increase of activity of SOD was the Most SignificantOne, The Pericarpium citri Reticultae Extract has a certain inhibition of LSZ, but the effect isdecline significant. |
