City Vertical Planting Research Based On The Theory Of Landscape Aesthetics

Due to the rapid development of our country's economy and quickenedurbanization process, urban environment has become increasingly serious on the airpollution, noise pollution and the shortage of land especially. In order to alleviate thiskind of trend, it is necessary to improve the living environment by vertical planting toreverse the unfavorable situation. Now as the city vertical planting is still at theexploratory stage, the relative construction has pronounced less. Although the theoryof vertical planting has been studied too much,people did not go further to promotethe construction. It's mainly due to the lagging of theoretical research. Based on urbanmorphology, landscape aesthetics, we regain the research of vertical planting, in orderto call on people to create greater achievement which make vertical planting morevaluable in the new social and economic background.Under the frame of the landscape aesthetics and international researches, thispaper will analyze the forms and characteristics of vertical planting, then combined itsaesthetic application and development situation, existing problems, trying to build anew ecological model of the city to guide the trend of urban morphology.
