Research On Aesthetics Of Modern Agricultural Landscape

During the process of the development of traditional agriculture, the recognition of beauty to agricultural landscape is mainly demonstrated by natural beauty and social beauty. However, the movement of the aesthetics of agricultural landscape is usually neglected. The rapid development of modern science and technology in modernism forms the real modern agriculture and offers the essential condition for the formation and development of modern agricultural landscape. That is to say, the formation and development of aesthetics of modern agricultural landscape is under the progress of modern technology and the continual change of the relationship between human and nature. But, in today's information and aesthetic diversification era, the value of aesthetics of agricultural landscape needs to be redefined due to that people lack of the entire recognition to modern landscape aesthetics, especially under the impact of ecologism. The research on modern agricultural landscape aesthetics will help to increase the aesthetic conscious of modern people as well as the aesthetic value of modern agricultural landscape.This thesis studying on modern agricultural landscape starts from the formation and the process of development of agricultural landscape, dividing it into two parts which are traditional agriculture and modern agriculture. By the research of formation and development of modern agricultural landscape, it found that because of the influence of modernism, especially the emergence of sub-discipline of aesthetics under modernism such as aesthetics of technology, aesthetics of ecology, aesthetics of environment and aesthetics of society, the beauty of modern agricultural landscape appear to have the transition from that of nature and society to that the combination of nature and society, ecology, technology, culture and art. Right under the development of the technology, aesthetics and landscape of modernism, it forms the modern agricultural landscape aesthetic thoughts of natural beauty of pursuing back to countryside, modern aesthetic standard of focusing on practice and ecologic aesthetic standard of sustainable landscape, as well as the aesthetic contents, for instance, the beauty of environment of getting along harmonious between human and nature, the beauty of ecology of living and depending with each other between human and agriculture, the beauty of technology for combining science and technique, the beauty of practice for integrating participation and experience, the beauty of culture and art and the beauty of ecology under technology. The beauty of modern agricultural landscape has important effects on several aspects. It enriches people's aesthetic practice, satisfies their pursuing for aesthetic, and raises the aesthetic ability and people's self-improvement. The value of aesthetics on modern agricultural landscape expresses on human, society, environment and art also expresses in enriching the content of beauty of society, the effect of the beauty of environment under sustainable ecologic development and the creation of aesthetics of art.Through the research on aesthetics of modern agricultural landscape, not only will it have specific definition on the aesthetic ideas, content and value of modern agricultural landscape, but also enlarge the content and value of the aesthetics of modern agricultural landscape, specify people's aesthetic ideal to modern agricultural landscape. More importantly, it riches the content of modern landscape design, enhance people's aesthetic practice, moving the steps forward to the beauty of ecologic and sustainable landscape.
