Objective: The purpose of this research is to investigate the prevalence and distributionof the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) in Shizuishan city,Ningxia Huiautonomous region,Which provide a experimental data for the further。 Enzyme linkedELISA was applied to process serological testing of this kind of desease in immune piggery ofshizuishan,NingXia province,which can reflect the effect of different vaccine, provide thescientific basis for the prevention and control of the disease.Methods is Collecting epidemicmaterials from path genetic piggery in immune districts and non-immune districts of this city,extracting virus RNA,designing and synthesizing primers in the basic of published primersfrom GenBank,processing RT-PCR amplification of PRRSV to detect the pig carrying thePRRSV, antibody test kit was applied to test the level of PRRSV in health pig serum from thenon-immune,Weak poison vaccine immune and inactivated vaccine immune piggery.Result:180epidemic materials were detected by RT-PCR showed that the PRRSV-positive is35, theaverage positive rate is19.4%.Three counties were detected positive, from15.5percentage to23.5percentage. PRRS antibody test kit showed: the average PRRS antibody rate is46.0%inthe4piggery without vaccination,92.00%in the5piggery with attenuated vaccine,58.97%.inthe4piggery with inactivated vaccine.Conclusion:the piggery with PRRSV in Shizuishan cityhas a high detection rate and the detection rate was significantly higher than urban counties.Antibody test results indicated that large-scale pig farms in Shizuishan city has beenwidespread with PRRSV. effect of large-scale farms immunized with attenuated vaccine betterthan inactivated vaccine.
