| In order to provide a scientific basis for fertilizer utilization of pig breeding litter. Composting combined with laboratory analysis method was used to study on effect of different initial C/N ratios, water content and amount of microbial agent on pig breeding litter degeneration of composting. Field plot experiment was conducted to discuss on effect of composting on chlorophyll content, root characteristics (TTC reductive intensity, nitrate reductase activity, total area of absorption and active area of absorption), yield and quality (vitamin C content, soluble sugar content, nitrate content, coarse fibred content) of Ipomoea Aquatica Forsskal and Amaranth, main results were reported as follows:1. The best condition for the degradation is that C/N ration is30.After35days composting, the decrease of the C/N ratio of the group with C/N ratio is30increased47.84%,68.19%,12.70%than the groups which C/N ratios is20.25,35. However, original C/N ratio have little influence on composting of lignin and cellulose.2. The best condition for the degradation is that water content is55%. After35days composting, its C/N ratio decreased most. the significant differences of the C/N ratio decrease were observed between the groups with different water content. The best condition for the degradation of lignin is that water content is55%, The best condition for the degradation of cellulose is that water content is75%.3. The amount of microbial agent have significant effect on the composting of pig breeding litter. the promotion of composting with0.2%agent addition is not obvious; agent adding amount reached0.4%, a significant decline in C/N,lignin and cellulose emerged. continue to increase the amount, the effect is reduced.4. The content of chlorophyll and Photosynthesis of Ipomoea aquatica and amaranth were increased by application of organic fertilizer (composting of pig breeding litter).5. By application of organic fertilizer (composting of pig breeding litter), The TTC reductive intensity of Ipomoea aquatica could been increased by24%-117%and24.6-74.32%than the treatments of No-fertilizer and chemical fertilizer practice. The TTC reductive intensity of amaranth could been increased by6.3%-9.83%and5.64%than the treatments of No-fertilizer and chemical fertilizer practice. 6. Vegetable yield was increased by application of organic fertilizer (composting of pig breeding litter) significantly. Compared with no fertilizer application and pure chemical fertilizer application treatments, vegetable yield was increased by39.02%--84.31%and10.04%--32.58%respectively under organic-inorganic fertilizer suitable application treatment. These differences are significant or highly significant.7. Vc and soluble sugar of vegetable was increased by application of organic fertilizer (composting of pig breeding litter), nitrate content was decreased, and vegetable quality was improved. |
