| In this experiment,73hybrid rice combinations were randomly crossed by16male sterile and35new-choose restorer lines which are widely used in the production, the combinations and parent of brown rice rate,milled rice rate,head rice rate,rice length, length to width,chalkiness area,chalkiness rate,chalkiness degree,consistency, gelatinization point,amylase contain,protein have been analyzed, in order to improve the quality of hybrid rice to provide reference, specific conclusions are as follows:1.12different quality trait varieties of16sterile lines chosen by this research have obvious genetic differences. Moreover, among the12different quality traits of the16hybrid rice sterile lines, only the long to width and protein content were100%which has reached the national level1, level2and level3quality standard; All16hybrid rice sterile lines milled rice rate don't get up to national high quality standard level1and level2; Ⅱ32-A, Jin23A, C815S have better performance on quality in all hybrid rice sterile lines; while the grain quality traits of hybrid rice sterile lines Zhu1S have comparatively poor performance.2. There are obvious variety differences among12different quality trait varieties of the35new selected restoring lines which has been selected by this study. And, the genetic differences of the chalkiness area,chalkiness rate,chalkiness degree,and characters of varieties of restoring lines are more significant than that of sterile lines; New restoring the characters of quality trait lines of national level1, level2and level3was significantly higher than the hybrid rice of sterile lines. Among them, the grain quality of the new restoring lines long to width,protein content character get a high attainment rate94.3%of national fine rice standard level1level2and level3; And the three quality traits such as the milled rice rate and chalkiness area,chalkiness degree get a low attainment rate of national fine rice standard level1, level2and level3,and the attainment rate of chalkiness area quality national standards is0%, chalkiness degree level1, level2of national quality and national standards are the success rate for0%。 R52, R2773, Tieyou24, Yanhui559, the new selected restoring lines quality traits are better, but Enhui58is comparatively poor.3.12different quality traits of73new hybrid rice combinations with group chosen by this research have obvious genetic differences between these combinations. And, performance of the combinations of new hybrid rice quality traits are overall superior to Jinyou207and Shanyou63, the head rice rate and chalkiness rate average are higher than the contrast of hybrid rice combinations; the three quality traits such the new hybrid rice combinations of head rice rate, long to width and protein content, reach a high attainment rate of national level1high which are95.9%,98.6%and93.2%respectively; While the success rate of the chalkiness degree level1> level2and level3quality standard respectively get0%,0%and1.4%which are the lowest; the quality traits of new hybrid rice combinationsⅡ-32A/R175, T98A/R2773, Jin23A/R52, Zi100A/R52etc performs well, while quality traits of the new hybrid rice combinations YuetaiA/Enhui58and Kui5A/Ce7have poor performances.4. Through the analysis of different hybrid rice male sterile line,we found:three male sterile lines of T98A and two male sterile of lu18S maternal ability is good, but Kui5A,Y58S is poor, through the analysis of35different hybrid rice restoring line, this study found:restoring of R5, R2773,Baojianhongmi maternal ability is better, but Cel is poor.5. Through the analysis of quality traits correlation of the73hybrid rice, sterile lines, restoring lines, we found that brown rice rate,milled rice rate,head rice rate for both of the two performance are related, the length to width and chalkiness area, both two negative correlation; the average performance advantage of12quality traits in73hybrid rice combinations of negative heterosis of traits are chalkiness area and pasting temperature; The super heterosis mean value beyond100%has two grain quality traits that is chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree;73average advantage of the hybrid rice combinations of the12rice quality traits showed negative average heterosis was chalkiness area and gelatinization temperature of two rice quality traits;Compared with Jinyou207, none of the gelatinization temperature of the73hybrid rice combinations has a competitive advantage over Jinyou207, However, compared with Shanyou63, length to width,chalkiness area of73hybrid rice combinations have a more competitive advantage than that of Shanyou63... |
