Rice is the largest crops in China; the production is about40%of total output. It isa great significance to develop the rice production to ensure that food security andsustainable agriculture. HeiLongjiang province is the largest japonica rice market inChina; it reaches to114.1billion kilograms in2011year. For the first time in history toexceed the winner in nation for10years in a role of He Nan province, with the totalproduction and areas. HeiLongjiang province has been during the first winner in totalgrains output and commodity output. with the rice planting area is51.71million mu, anincrease of7.08million mu, total40.6billion catties,which takes an important role infood security protection. However, in the process of growing rice, the rice weedsterribly influence on its growing and lead to reduce its production. Most of terribleindividual weeds resulted in no production of the crops. So rice farmers and scientificworkers pay more attention to prevent and cure rice vicious weeds and diseases. But thetraditional control of weeds are according to the accumulated experience and specificdate to prevent and cure. But the weather in each year is hard to forecast and the controleffect is not extremely desirable. In this paper the experiments were undertaken on thebasis of Rice Leaf-Age-Pattern in accordance with the process of rice growth and weedgrowth on the synchronization to prevent and cure of weeds. As a result, it is easy torice farmers in the scientific arrangements to weed control with timely and effectiveremoval the weeds, furthermore, there will be to achieve the growth of rice security,and the high and stable yield.
