This paper takes tropical agricultural wastes'energy-oriented use as the background,researches the sugarcane leaves'mechanical properties,mechanical model and gravel extraction machine key components,in order to provide technical support for the anaerobic fermentation of dry sugarcane leaves. In this paper,the work belongs to the Ministry of Agriculture,part of the content of948plans:"Molecular Dynamics technology and applications for the efficient conversion of sugarcane leaves dry anaerobic fermentation (2011-Z14)",the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Sugarcane leaves mainly contain the blade and the sheath part. The leaves thin,flat,the central longitudinal one main vein (also known as the veins or ribs),with different physical characteristics and mechanical properties along the midrib direction. This paper takes the sugarcane as the research object which is simplified for sheath,vein and leaf flakes and the parts by transverse isotropic material composition,through the engineering material test method,a lot of tension and shear mechanical properties test have been down against the different parts of the sugarcane leaves'sheath,vein and flakes under the different water status,and we obtain a series of load-displacement,the load-time curve. Use the data processing software to deal with the data,it is concluded that the sugarcane leaves',leaf sheath's and leaf slices'tensile elastic modulus,shear modulus,maximum tensile strength,maximum shear strength,such as mechanical parameters of the mean and standard deviation. According to the test equipment conditions and samples'own characteristics,assuming that the sugar cane leaves part of the structure for isotropic materials,which determine the sugarcane leaf sheath,vein and leaf flakes and different parts of the elastic constants.(2) According to the central veins of sugarcane leaves in average section geometry size establish geometry model,we have done the finite element simulation for the central veins of sugarcane leaves under the horizontal uniform shear force load in,and finally we obtain the equivalent stress cloud chart of the the central veins. From the simulation results can be concluded that the veins in the horizontal uniform load,its equivalent stress along the outer edge of outer to inner in turn reduced and the area of the maximum equivalent stress appear in the bottom edge of veins,we also know that the Veins'external stress values is higher than the internal's value,which indicating that the veins external destroyed first in the shear test. So the analysis can be drawn:when we designing a broken solution,set some fixed knives,can increase the rate of fragmentation and improve productivity.(3) According to the tutor currently assumed topic the preliminary tests, the results show that:the breaking machine broken solution form set for comminuted form is more conducive to the anaerobic fermentation of sugarcane leaves. In the current small household biogas fermentation technology research into China's rural new energy development mainstream direction, we use artificial feeding way and dynamic configuration of miniaturization for premise, determine the sugarcane leaf breaking machine technical indicators, and key components and the overall structure of the design. The key tool arrangement structure, cutter dynamic balance are designed and calculated.This topic development solve the hot waste sugarcane leaves to deal with the problem, at the same time to produce biogas and alleviate hot area farmer to natural gas demand, greatly reducing the area farmers to pure natural energy consumption, for the national energy-saving emission reduction projects to make important contribution. Therefore the contents of this topic research has the important theory and the practical significance.
