The research of7variant lines of maize DNA analysis of genetic separation and the chromosomebehaviors and prliminary stability variation of chromosome of strain and study on proteolytic enzymes inthe leaves,aim to reveal genetic regularity of the creation of rice mediated by exogenous DNA.Reveal theinner connection of the ralationgship between level of chromosome variation and chromosomerevealed.Through the analysis of proteolytic enzymes,revealed variation in materials aftercrossbreeding,separation,and traits not only retain the variability but also expression of the newproteins,provide important the ories for molecular breeding of distant date.The result of the variations performmance for generations:1.T1variations appear new1per planttraits,their descendants stability faster,single plant occurs2or more than2new characters,and the more ofthe new characteristics,the slower of the stability. T1variant strain of new character type more,offspringsteady slow; There are differences on the T1variant strains of the same new characteristics.The result of the chromosome behaviors of initial stable variation strains are as follows:1.Thechromosome of pollen mother cells have many types of abenrration;the lagged chromosome,thechromosomal bridge,cycle chromosome,etc;2.There are many new characters appearing in varients,andmany types of chromosome aberrations in meiosis,which also has high rates;3.When the tetrad isformed,individual dyad cells didn't dicide.The following are the results of expression the proteolytic enzymes in the leaves:1.Under pH4.5,threenew bands77,200,212kD wer detected in variante E(10-8(+2)-131-1-1);Under pH8.5,the three new bands77,212,234kD were detected,and the Enzyme activities were strong,which suggests transferring maizeDNA may lead to the expresion of some gene in the receptor of rice.2.Under pH7.0,210kD band which isconsistent with the CK corn as detected in the virant E,and22.5,66.2,231kD Enzyme bands were alsodetected which have srong Enzyme activitives,suggesting maize DNA may be intergrate into virantmaterials that inherited steadily. In short,genetically descendants of variants which is initially stabilizatied terds to stability and thevirant materials which have high aberration rate shows they aren't absoulatly stable,and the descendantswill generate some separation,There is an aim band that is consistent with maize shows that the maize genewas transferred into this study laid the fourdation for subsequent made cular studies.It remains to bestudided that the exogenous DNA is transferred into receptor in the DNA level.
