In the21century,the earth's population expansion．According to the UnitedNations predicts,the world population will be up to7billion On October31,2011．Atpresent,the world has about10300cities,according to the United Nations expertspredict,on the earth,there will be more than60%of the population living in the cityat2025．In the industrialization,the urbanization has been booming today,the city hasbecome the most important of human living space,and it's environment qualitydirectly affects human life．Nowadays,most cities face population pressure,ecological environment quality drop,makes the city is just people forced by the life ofthe habitat choice but,not the human livable ideal home．How to let a person andnature,people and cities better fuses in together,become each field scholars and thewhole social thought of the subject,and "urban forest" concept of just for the subjectprovides a way out．Urban forest construction is the research focus in recent years at home andabroad,and urban forest evaluation index system and the establishment of evaluationis the core content,according to the west coast of the strait economic zone is locatedin Ningde city unique advantages,combined with its own characteristics,the urbanforest evaluation index system based on the principles established the ningde cityforest construction evaluation system,key to evaluate the ningde city ecologicalservice function and health index．In this article,the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the ningde cityforest construction,Dilphi method for reference,and referring to the existing researchresults,in combination with the actual circumstances in the evaluation index systemwas established,the weight value of the current situation and the target value．Theresults show that the Ningde city forestry construction of comprehensive indexevaluation for0.529,urban forest structure index,ecological service function indexand economic benefit and social benefit index,index of the landscape pattern index,protection and management indicators,health index were0.591,0.389,0.494,0.607,0.561,1.0,0.5,indicating that the construction of urban forest present in the medium level．If the goal of planning can be realized,the2015years the Ningde city foreststructure,service function,economic benefit and social benefit,the landscape pattern,protection and management,health index will increase to the current situation of the1.04,1.06,1.07,1.09,1.32,1.02,1.14times,urban forest comprehensive levelwill be1.088times to the present,or0.576,still in the medium level; By2020theNingde city forest structure,service function,economic benefit and social benefit,the landscape pattern,protection and management,health index will increase to thecurrent situation of the1.16,1.18,1.19,1.24,1.74,1.04,1.29times,thecomprehensive level for1.234times of the current situation of the will,or0.653,willreach a well level．...
