The aim of this paper was to establish a more scientific and effective feeding rigimensfor Xinong Saanen dairy goats. Sixty healthy Xinong Saanen dairy goat kids (30males,30females) with similar age and body weight were randomly divided into4groups, group A andC were male, while group B and D were female. Animals in Group A and B were fed withlower milk and higher concentrate pellet diet, while animals in group C and D were fed withhigher milk and lower concentrate pellets for90days. All animals were fed alfalfa hay. Thedata of kids growth were recorded and analyzed. When the study on feeding rigimens of kidswas finished, the blood samples were collected in84healthy female Xinong Saanen Dairygoats during1—15month.The concentrations of FSH LH E2and P in these goats' plasmaswere determined by RIA. The contents of TP,ALB,GLB,CHO,TG,BUN,GLU in the bloodplasma were also determined. Changes of FSH,LH,E2,P and blood plasma biochemicalparameters were probed in different pysiologic conditions. The body weight and bodymeasurement of male Xinong Saanen dairy goats were recorded among1—15month.Determine the reproductive hormone, blood plasma biochemical parameters concentrations ofewes of fifferent parities before and after delivery of kids. The influence of different paritieson the kids growth, nutrient contents of milk, lactation quantity of Xinong Sannen dairy goatswere investigated. The results were summarized as follows:(1)The result showed that the body weight, daily gain, body length, circumference ofcannon bone, chest depth, rump length of group B kids was significantly higher than that ofGroup A or C (P<0.05); throughout the experiment, group A had the highest body weight, daily gain, body height, circumference of cannon bone, chest depth, chest circumference, rump length among female groups(P>0.05). In higher milk-lower pellets feeding groups, thediarrhea rate was quite low, while growth and development were favorable. Gender factor hasa significant effect on the growth of kids (P<0.05).(2)The contents of E2,P,FSH,LH of the kids were lower.the contents of E2,P in plasmaof ewes of pregnant goats were higher, however the contents of FSH,LH were lower in this pysiologic condition. When the goats after delivery, the contents of FSH,LH were increasedslowly,E2and P were declined. The contents of total protein, albumin, globulin were higherin the plasma of pregnacy goats. The concentrations of total cholesterol, triglycerides, ureanitrogen increased sharply. After delivery, the concentrations of total protein, albumin, globulin of goats were inclined, and the contents of total cholesterol, triglycerides, ureanitrogen were decreased. The effects of parity on the contents of total protein, albumin, totalcholesterol, triglycerides of pregnant goats were oberved. There was no significant differencein the contents of reproductiove hormone of the goats before delivery among parity.(3)The reproductive performance of young goats who were mated in10months werelower than the adult female goats, there were a significant difference in the body weight andbody measurement of young and adult goats' kids.(4)The effects of parity on the lactation quantity and the nutrient contents of colostrumand common goats milk were significant. The lactation quantity of adult male goats weresignificantly higher than young goats. The solid, fat of common milk and the protein, nonfatsolids, acidity, freezing temperature, density of colostrum of adult goats were higher than theyoung goats. The contents of milk fat, protein, solids, acidity, freezing temperature were higherin the colostrum. We come to the conclusion that the feeding rigimen with higher milk and lower pelletsobtained the best growth and development performance for kids of Xinong Saanen dairygoat. The goats' body weight, body measurements increased from1to15month. While theconcents of FSH and LH of pregnant goats decreased, the concents of E2and P inclined.Theconcents of total protein, albumin, globulin of pregnancy goats were declined, when the kidswere born, the concents increased. With the development of pregnancy, the concents of totalcholesterol, triglycerides urea nitrogen were increased, when the kids were born, the concentsof goats were declined. The concent of reproductive hormone of young and adult goats weresimilar before and after delivery. The difference of plasma biochemical parameters betweenyoung goats and adult goats were significant. There were significant difference inreproductive performance and lactation performance among parity.
