Kid cultivation is the most important part of goat breeding, and which is the key technologies to determining the future size of the goat farm and the sustainable development.According to digestive physiological characteristics and growth and development of kids to influence and control the kids growth and development by improved breeding technology and improve feed composition, thus contributing to the development of organ composition and achieve the ideal physique, size for production. It is key to the success of modern large-scale farming of goats, is between genetics and selection the center of gravity links.The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of different breeding programs on growth and the variation of plasma biochemical parameters of Xinong Saanen dairy goat kids. Inorder to provide data to support optimization of breeding programs for Xinong Saanen Dairy Goat kids. This study includes three parts:Part 1, selecting 16 Xinong Saanen dairy goat kids(8 male and 8 female) with good similarity and equally divided into 2 groups and 8 kids per group.Group A(n=8, male : female=1:1) is the control feeding program, Group B(n=8, male : female=1:1) is quantitative feeding program. By comparing the influence of weight, average daily gain, body size and some of blood biochemical indices of kids on two feeding programs, the following results were obtained:1.With kids’ age increased, body weight gradually increased. In the former 4-week-old kids’ average daily gain is faster than that after 4 weeks old. After 10 weeks, the growth rate of the kids is slow. Although kids weight and growth rate under the two breast-feeding program was no significant difference(P> 0.05), the average daily gain of the group B was higher than the control group A after 10 weeks. At 16 weeks, two groups weight has returned to the same level(P> 0.05)2.With kids’ age increased, kids chest depth, chest circumference, body length, body height, and rump height showed a gradual upward trend. In the early period, kids body size increased faster.Body weight gradually increased. At pre-10 weeks of age, lambs chest depth, chest circumference, body length, body height, rump height grow faster, while slower growth after 10 weeks.3.With kids’ age increased, kids plasma total protein showed a gradual upward trend, and albumin levels remained unchanged. Plasma total protein reached the highest at 16 weeks of age. Although the difference between the two programs is not significant(P> 0.05), at the same time test group B kids total plasma protein is always slightly higher than the control group A kids. Kids BUN showed a gradual downward trend with kids weeks increase, and plasma glucose levels increased first and then decreased. 8 weeks of age, kids plasma glucose levels peaked. Despite the differences between plasma glucose levels are not significantly different program, control group A kids plasma glucose levels slightly higher than the experimental group B kids.The results show that: compared with the control group A kids, experimental group B kids blood biochemical parameters did not change, and higher average daily gain. Suggesting a fixed amount of breast-feeding weaning growth inhibition occurred during remission trend.Part 2,30 male and 30 female kids with good similarity were selected and equally divided into 4 groups and 15 kids per group.Using 2 × 2 experimental design.The groups 1 and 2 were males,groups 3 and 4 were females.The groups 1 and 3 were weaned at 10 weeks age,the others were weaned at 12 weeks age.In order to analysis the kids’ growth and blood biochemical indices, and the kids’ growth and blood biochemical indices influenced by sex and weaning time. The following results are,1.At 12 weeks, 10 weeks weaned group have a slight decrease in body weight, 12-week weaned group weight continued to increase. After 12 weeks, 10 weeks weaned kids body weight gradually recovered.At 16 weeks of age, the same gender kids weight consistent. At 10 weeks, 10 weeks weaned group kids, the average daily gain is negative, it may be larger weaning stress. However, after 12 weeks, 10 weeks weaning group average daily gain higher than 12 weeks weaned group.2.Throughout the test period, the kids body size data consistent with average daily gain results. At 12 weeks, 10-week weaned group kids has shorter body size. At 16 weeks of age, the same gender kids body size consistent.3.Kids plasma urea nitrogen and plasma total cholesterol to rise slowly, reaching up to 12 weeks of age, then decreased. At 16 weeks of age blood urea nitrogen content close. The kids plasma glucose levels are reduced after the first increase. During the test, the kids of plasma total protein content to maintain a relatively stable level. Gender had no effect on plasma glucose, plasma total protein and total cholesterol. The kids plasma urea nitrogen levels slightly higher than the female kids.The results show that: 10-week weaned group have large weaning stress, but after weaning better compensatory growth trend.Part 3, selecting 60 Xinong Saanen dairy goat kids(30 male and 30 female) with good similarity and equally divided into 4 groups and 15 kids per group.The groups 1 and 2 were males,groups 3 and 4 were females.Using 2 × 2 experimental design. The groups 1 and 3 were feed the pellets without the Actigen, the other feed the pellets with the Actigen. In order to analysis the kids’ growth and blood biochemical indices, and the kids’ growth and blood biochemical indices influenced by sex and Actigen. The following results are,1.With kids’ age increased, body weight gradually increased. In the former 4-week kids average daily gain is faster than after 4 weeks of age. After 4 weeks, add Actigen group kids body weight than the group with no Actigen group grow faster. At 12 weeks of age, add Actigen group kids body weight was significantly higher than the group with no Actigen group(P <0.05). In addition, during the same period male kids weight and average daily gain were higher than female kids.2.With kids’ age increased, kids chest depth, chest circumference, body length, body height, and rump height showed a gradual upward trend. In the early period, kids body size increased faster. At pre-10 weeks of age, lambs chest depth, chest circumference, body length, body height, rump height grow faster, while slower growth after 10 weeks.3.Kids plasma total cholesterol, urea nitrogen, glucose and total protein content did not change significantly. During the test, the gender has no effect on plasma glucose, plasma total protein and total cholesterol levels.The results show that: Add Actigen in diets can significantly improve Xinong Saanengoat kid weight growth.
