Research Of Tea Saponin, Lime And Organic Fertilizer In Pollution-Free Tobacco Fields In Chenzhou

Tobacco is one of the most important economical crops in China. The yield and quality of tobacco is subjected to manure fertility, tobacco varieties, soil fertility, planting, climatic condition and curing technique etc. Our research has been practiced a systematic investigation to free-pollution tobacco areas in Renyi town, Guiyang country, Chenzhou city, the toxicity of three pesticide (25%tea saponin, lime,0.3%azadirachtin) against Snail and Black cutworm, the effect of different fertilizations (tea saponin, lime and organic manure) on quality of soil fertility and tobacco quality were was investigated. The results follow as:1,Investigated the control effects of three pesticide (lime,25%tea saponin,0.3%azadirachtin) against snail. The results showed that25%tea saponin and the lime had good control effect on the snail.25%tea saponin showed a good effect at500g/667m2and significant differences between several concentration treatment, the efficacies of10days after treatment were89.60%. The lime showed a good effect at10g/667m2, and the efficacies of3days after treatment of the lime were85.19%, and had good control effect on the snail with a strong effects of the lime and a persistance of25%tea saponin. The promotion concentration should carry out above500g/667m2in the practical application, the lime may be10to15g/667m2. To get a well balance about the economic cost and the effect, we can conduct a rotational use of25%tea saponin and the lime.2,Investigated the control effects of three pesticide (lime,25%tea saponin,0.3%azadirachtin) against Black cutworm.25%tea saponin showed a good effect at500g/667m2, the attacked trees rate of25days after treatment were0.98%. The lime and the azadirachtin had a less control effect, and not suit for controlling the Black cutworm. The resules showed adding the lime could be most effective in improving soil character, improve soil chemical composition, get a well balance for soil structure, to ensure the nutritional basis for tobacco growth and result to improve the tobacco quality. Adding tea saponin powder could improve soil fertility, but the effect was not obvious, could slightly improve flue-cured tobacco chemical composition balance compared with the lime.
