Objective:The risk factors analysis of pancreatic secondary infection in severe acute pancreatitis treated in an Intensive Care Unit. Methods:Clinieal data of 142 eases with SAP admitted to the first affiliated hosPi tal of Xingjiang Medieal University from January 2005 to June 2010 Were reviewe d retros Pectively. Analysis of secondary infection risk factors, Analysis indicators i ncluding:Gender, age, organ failure number, etiology, serum protein, fasting time, diabetes, history, CT manifestations without oozy and necrosis. Results:General clinical data infection group of men 31 people, women 27 people, over 60 patients 15 people, less than 60 patients 43 people, non infected group of men 46 people, female 38 people, over 60 patients 24 people, less than 60 patient s 60 people. According to the statistic analysis showed the infection group and the infection between age and gender between group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Classifying data statistical results demonstrate:142 patients secondary infec tion 58 cases, accounting for 40%of the total sample.SAP the patient is sick of et iology, serum protein level, without diabetic history and pancreas CT manifestations leak, necrotic degree between also no significant difference (P>0.05). Infected patie nts (organ failure number, fasting time significantly higher than the infection group (P<0.05), a statistically significant. Therefore, this study shows that the number of SAP patients organ failure and the patient fasting time or disease from within the time line jejunum nutrition is highly related, the organ failure number, the more fa st time longer, SAP patients secondary infection chance to refuse. Conelusions:Organ failure number, fasting time for SAP patients with secondary i nfection risk factors.
