Expression Of HIF-1α,VEGF And INOS In The Type Of Insufficiency Of The Spleen-yang Of Stomachache And Relationship With Gastric Mucosal Lesion

Object:Study the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in the insufficiency of the spleen-yang type stomachache, and investigate the possible mechanism and targets of hypoxia inducible factor-1α, vascular endothelial growth factor, inducible nitric oxide synthase and gastric mucosal lesions.Methods:According to TCM diagnostic criteria,the 40 cases of patients were divided into insufficiency of the spleen-yang group and stagnated-heat of liver and stomach group on average, and select 9 cases of normal group randomly. Pathological which is obtained under the gastroscope use of hypoxia inducible factor-la, vascular endothelial growth factor and inducible nitric oxide synthase immunohistochemical staining, observe pathological result under the microscope.Results:The positive rate of HIF-1α,VEGF and iNOS in the insufficiency of the spleen-yang group is higher than stagnated-heat of liver and stomach group and normal group.There is significant and significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05). Compare with the positive expression of HIF-1αand VEGF or iNOS,there are positive correlation(P<0.05). Compare with the positive expression of VEGF and iNOS,there is higher correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion:HIF-la,VEGF and iNOS have a clear positive rate.there have correlation in them. They play an important role in the occurrence and development process of gastric mucosal lesions.Significance:For the first time,to observe and analyze HIF-1a,VEGF, iNOS in the spleen Deficiency Type stomach, liver and stomach type stomach pain and fever Yu normal rate of positive expression, Analysis of these three indicators and the relationship between gastric mucosal lesions.The research projects will help to clarify the objective Deficiency Type stomach new The research diagnostic index.
