So the cure of exogenous fever should pay attention to dispel wind and heat, normalize the middle-wamer and dredge the obstruction.Under the guidance of this thought, we investigate the effect on 90 clinical cases of exogenous fever(syndrome of wind-heat exterior) by the treatment with Yingeqingjie decoction. The results show that treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%, compared with control group of Chinese patent medicines(total effective rate for 63.33%), control group of western medicine(total effective rate was 73.33%), have predominance differences, the curative effect of the treatment group manifestly better than two control groups.Conclusion:Yingeqingjie decoction has the function of dispeling the wind and heat, normalizing the middle-wamer, and obtains satisfied clinical effect in the treatment on children exogenous fever.
