Clinical Research Of Zi Shen Qing Xin Tang In The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome Caused By Disharmony Between Heart-kidney And On The Influence Of Superoxide Dismutase

Objective:Clinical research of observing for zi shen qing xin tang in the treatment of menopausal syndrome (MPS) caused by disharmony between heart-kidney and on the influence of superoxide dismutase,then explores mechanism.Method:30 cases with MPS caused by disharmony between heart-kidney will set to the treatment group. The treatment period was 12 weeks. We observed the changes of the vary of the clinical symtoms'scores using Kupperman perimenopausal Scales and tested the level of serum SOD before and after the whole treatment.Results:(1)The clinical effects:According to the curative judgment standard, powerfully 3 cases, accounts for 10%; Effective 23 cases, accounting for 76.67%; Invalid 4 cases,13.3%;no one cures.(2)Improved Kupperman symptom scores before:treatment group was statistically significant difference (P<0.01).(3)The main symptoms integral comparison:treatment group was statistically significant difference (P<0.01).(4)Serum SOD level:treatment group therapy serum SOD level shows ascendant trend, a former change a statistically significant treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion:Zi shen qing xin tang can could relief the clinical symptoms of Menopausal Syndrom,enhance the activity of SOD, achieve serum anti-aging purposes, so as to improve the quality of life of the patients, accord with the basic theory of TCM syndrome differentiation, with good research and clinical application.
