Objective This experiment uses the permaent bilateral common carotid arteriovenous ligational method to turn the rat to be a demential model,then,Observe the effect that Yi zhi xing nao tang brings to superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in demential rats’ vascular.To explore the clinical effect on the treatment of vascular dementia,in order to provide a basic theory for Chinese medicial clinical to apply the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods Select 90 SPF healthy male Wistar rats, weight 200 ~ 200 g,Provided by the animal experimental center of zhengzhou university. According to the randomized block,the rats were divided into 6 groups randomly,Model group(MX), control group(JS), xi town(XD), Yi zhi xing nao high dose group(YH), Yi zhi xing nao tang dose group(YM), and Yi zhi xing nao low dose group(YS). Each group divided into two groups respectively by 1 h and 24 h after model building, every group has 15 rats and every cage has 5 rats fed. Lavage medicine to the rat’stomach once a day. preoperative prevention will be given 7 d, the 1 h group,won’t be given medicine after operation,and 24 h group will be given medicine one time,besides, Model group will be given normal saline ig, 1 ml / 100 g, 1 time a day. The Yi zhi xing nao tang were given dose of 30 times than clinic, 2010 times of water obstracted fill into the stomach, Quantity of equivalent dose should be converted according to the human and rat body surface area. Continuous infuse the medicine after 8 weeks, And draw the materials as requested, Drow blood from rat’s abdominal aortic arch.then, after being cryopreserved, sent to zhengzhou golden field inspective center immediately,and will be tested by professional technician, observe the levels of SOD and MDA in rats’ serum, and then analyse the date.Results 1 Compared to the sham-operation group, the level of LVEF of rats in the modelcontrol group is significantly lowered(p<0.05) while the level of BNP and AngⅡ in blood plasma is significantly increased(p<0.05) 2 Compared with the model control group, the level of LVEF of rats in the TCM observative group and the WM observative group is significantly increased(p<0.05)while the level of BNP and AngⅡ in blood plasma is significantly lowered(p<0.05); 3.In the TCM observative group and the WM observative group, the level of LVEF and the level of BNP and AngⅡ in blood plasma are of no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion 1 The results of the study suggest that By useing the permaent bilateral common carotid arteriovenous ligational method to copy the model of rat’vascular dementia is feasible. 2 Yi zhi xing nao tang can significantly reduce the quantity of MDA in the rat’ vascular dementia rat’ serum, improve the activity of SOD, inhibit the phenomenon of peroxidation, increase the body’s antioxidant effect, and finally to achieve the aim to protect our brain. 3 It will provide the objective experimental basis to Chinese traditional medicine in the aspect of treating the vascular dementia.
