To Probe Into The Relationship Between Pathogenesis Of Blood Stasis And Heat In The Course Of Uncreative Colitis (UC)

Objectives:To probe into the relationship between pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat in the course of uncreative colitis (UC) as well as the clinical characteristic of it.Methods:165 cases of patients with UC from January in 2008 to August in 2010 were collected in hospital of Jiangsu TCM including age, sex, type,phase distribution, severity,course, main symptoms,manifestation of external intestine,main complication, assistant tests,treatment ect. Above all cases were divided into two group,namely blood stasis and heat group (BSH)and non-blood blood stasis and heat group (NBSH)according to syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).By observing relative experimental results, including inflammatory index(CPR,ESR),coagulation index(PT,APTT,FIB,PLT) and lipid metabolism index(TG,TC,HDL,LDL), clinical characteristic of pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat in the course of UC were summarized.Results:l.The course of patients in group BSH lasts longer than NBSH group, and severity in the former group is worse than the latter,with significant difference between the two groups respectively. (p<0.05) time a patient suffering from UC of BHG is longer than non-BHG.(p<0.05).The level of CRP in the group BSH is higher than NBSH group,with p=0.01<0.05.3.The level of FIB of BHG is higher than NBSH group. (4.08±1.72VS3.17±0.80) and he level of PLT of BHG is higher than NBSH group. (290.91±95.69VS 206.9±63.38)Conclusion:1. Pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat plays an important part in the course of UC which can appear in any type of it.With the development of UC,the longer of the course,the more probability of pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat,with average course of 3 to 4 years.Pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat is more often seen in the middle to severe patients and combination of blood stasis and heat can make the disease worse which is harder to heal 2. The level of CRP in the group BSH is higher than NBSH group indicate that pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat can aggravate the inflammation in the body, with CPR used as an main indication of pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat in the UC.3. The level of FIB and PLT in the BSH group is higher than NBSH group infer that coagulation state exists in the former group,with FIB and PLT as the main indications.
