The Relationship Between Abnormal Tumor Marker Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus And Traditional Chinese Medicine Differentiation Syndromes

[Object] To dicuss the correlation between the abnormal tumor marker of type 2 diabetes encluding carcinoma embryo antigen (CEA), non-small cell lung cancer related antigen (Cyfra21-1), nerve specificity ene alcoholize enzyme (NSE), sugar antigen CA199), sugar 199 (CA724) anomalies antigen 724 and traditional chinese medicine differentiation syndromes; To investigate the abnormal tumour marker of different card type 2 diabetes.[Methods] Choose the 550 cases of type 2 diabetes patients meet the requirements between 2009 May-2011 February's endocrinologlst hospitalized patients of nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine article affiliated hospital, according to TCM syndrome differentiations standard divided into five groups (Yin's hotness group, the hot and humid trapped spleen group, Two qi and Yin deficiency group,Two empty of Yin and Yang, blood stasis water stop group, Blood stasis context group), record main tumor markers CEA, Cyfra21-1, CA199, CA724 NSE, give the comparison and analysis of abnormal tumor marker group, and survey its positive rate.[Results] (1) in type 2 diabetes of the abnormal tumor marker's (CEA, Cyfra21-1, NSE, CA199, CA724) gender and value, there were no statistically significant difference. (2) the CEA, Cyfra21-1, CA199, CA724, NSE are all recommended for 60 to 79 years of age, and in 1 to 9 years of maximum was statistically significant difference, but the difference value in different age groups and different course groups of CEA, Cyfra21-1, NSE, CA199, CA724 was not statistically significant. (3)in the 14 patients diagnosed with malignant tumor,there are six female cases, eight male cases, and the average age was 65, average duration was 5 years, digestive system tumor has the highest prevalence rate. (4)in the 205 cases of type 2 diabetic patients, Two qi and Yin deficiency syndrome has the highest positive rate of tumor marker, Two empty of Yin and Yang, blood stasis water stop group, Blood stasis context group followed. in the 14 patients diagnosed with malignant tumor, Yin and Yang, the two empty water stop blood stasis syndrome has the highest prevalence rate, qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and two blood stasis syndrome followed. (5) to compare overall five groups of TCM syndrome types, the composition of CEA, NSE, CA199, CA724's abnormality in every syndrome type group has the significant difference, the CEA, CA199's value in Two empty of Yin and Yang, blood stasis water stop syndrome is the highest, the CA724's value in blood stasis syndrome is the highest, the NSE's value in Yin's hotness syndrome is the highest, the Cyfra21-1's value in the hot and humid trapped spleen syndrome is the highest.[Conclusions] The abnormal tumor marker of type 2 diabetes patients between 60 to 79 years of age and the course of 1-9 years are in most cases. In the type 2 diabetes patients with malignant tumor, the highest prevalence is digestive system tumors. Two deficiency of qi and Yin syndrome has the highest rate of abnormal tumor marker, Yin and Yang, the two empty water stop blood stasis syndrome has the highest prevalence rates of malignant tumor, they are all in the mid-late for diabetes.and in the type 2 diabetes patients with malignant tumor, the highest prevalence is digestive system tumors, the lung cancer followed. And the Cyfra21-1, NSE 's value in the early stage of the type 2 diabetes is higher, the CEA, CA199,CA724's value in the later period of the type 2 dibetes is higher. When diabetics' tumor markers are abnormal,doctors must value malignant tumor screening, patients of diabetes with NSE, Cyfra21-1 especially significant increases in the early state should pay attention to the lung cancer screening, and if the course of longer in elderly patients's CA199, CA724 CEA increased significantly, attention should be paid to the digestive system tumor screening especially.
