Clinical Study On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Diagnesed Deficiency Of Kidney And Depressing Of Liver With Tonifying The Kidney And Soothing The Liver Decoction

Objective:To investigate the treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) diagnesed deficiency of kidney and depressing of liver with tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver decoction.Methods:Select 50 patients with PCOS meeting the selection criteria,from plans to invigorate tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver decoction to treat for 6 months, carries on own around compares. Observing the change around the treatment of the clinical symptoms and the improvement situation of menstruation, examinating the change of serum hormome (FSH, LH, E2, LH/FSH, T, PRL, SHBG, DHEAS) in blood serum, and divides the 50 example PCOS patient into the obese group and the non-obese group according to the body weight index (BMI), comparing the change of serum hormome (T, LH, LH/FSH, INS) before and after the treatment of two groups and two groups of respective treatment.Results:32 examples in 50 examples is the PCOS sterility patient, after the treatment, there are 7 example pregnancies> the pregnancy rate of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) diagnesed deficiency of kidney and depressing of liver with tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver decoction is 21.88%. There was a statistical difference in total integral before and after the treatment of the Chinese medicinal symptom (P<0.01) and the change of the menstrual cycle (P<0.01); Around the treatment the level of LH, FSH,LH/FSH, T and PRL in blood serum has the extremely significant difference (P<0.01), the level of E2 in blood serum blood does not have the significance (P>0.05), the level of SHBG and DHEAS in blood serum does not have the significance (P>0.05); The line correlation analysis of LH and the T presents value straight related. Between the obese group and the non-obese group, the level of T in blood serum does not have the significance before the treatment (P>0.05), the level of LH and INS in blood serum has the significant difference before the treatment (P< 0.05),the level of LH in the non-obese group is above the obese group, the level of INS in the obese group is above the non-obese group; the level of LH/FSH has the extremely significant difference before the treatment(P< 0.01), the level of LH/FSH in the non-obese group is above the obese group; around the treatment the level of T and LH in blood serum has the extremely significant difference between the obese group and the non-obese group (P<0.01),the level of LH/FSH in blood serum has the extremely significant difference in the obese group (P<0.01), the level of LH/FSH in blood serum has the significant difference in the non-obese group (P<0.05), the level of INS in blood serum has the significance in the obese group (P<0.05) and does not lave the significance in the non-obese group (P>0.05) before and after the treatment; between the obese group and the non-obese group,the level of T,LH,LH/FSH and INS in blood serum does not have the significance after the treatment (P>0.05); there was a statistical difference in BBT situation and the conversion of ovary multi-pouch type before and after the treatment (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs with PCOS patients, can significantly reduce the level of U,LH/FSH,T and PRL in blood serum and improve the level of FSH in the blood,reduce the level of INS in the obese group, improve BBT situation and the conversion of ovary multi-pouch type of PCOS patients, recuperate the patients having PCOS under medical treatment for the function.
