Observation On The Curative Effect Of Bushen Shugan Decoction Combined With Daying-35 In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of TCM syndrome scores,sex hormone levels and emotional status of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome by combining Bushen Shugan Decoction and Daying-35,and to explore its preliminary Mechanism.Methods: Sixty patients with PCOS kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome who were treated in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected.The group and the control group were given Bu Shen Shu Gan Fang + Daying-35 and Daying-35 respectively.The TCM symptom scores,serological indicators(LH,LH / FSH,T),number of ovaries and ovarian volume,emotional score,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.The clinical efficacy of the two groups has significantly different(P <0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.2.In terms of improving TCM symptoms,the scores of both groups decreased significantly(P <0.05),and the treatment group decreased significantly;the treatment group was compared with after treatment after 3 months of withdrawal from the treatment group(P> 0.05),indicating that the condition is not easy to relapse,and the long-term effect is acceptable,while the control group is compared with after treatment after 3 months of withdrawal(P <0.05),indicating that the patients in this group are prone to relapse.3.In terms of regulating sex hormone levels,the groups can reduce the patients of LH,LH / FSH and T levels(P <0.05),but the treatment group is better than the control group,indicating that Bushen Shugan Decoction combined with Daying-35 in the regulate of patients' sex hormone levels is more effective.4.In terms of the number of follicles and ovarian volume,both groups has clinical efficacy(P <0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group,indicating that the treatment group can decrease the number of follicles and ovarian volume in patients with PCOS kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.5.In terms of regulating the emotional state of patients,the treatment group improved significantly(P <0.05),while the control group no significant improvement(P> 0.05),indicating that Bushen Shugan Decoction combined with Daying-35 can adjust the patient's emotional state.Conclusion: Bushen Shugan Recipe combined with Daying-35 has effectively and high safety.It can restore the menstrual cycle,adjust the patient's emotions,reduce serum LH,LH / FSH,T,and the number of follicles,the ovarian volume,and worth to promotion in the clinic.
