The Clinical Observation Of Shengmai Capsule In Deficiency Syndrome Both In Qi And Yin Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shengmai capsule which are used by patients with deficiency syndrome both in Qi and Yin coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris, and to explore the clinical mechanism of Shengmai Capsule assisted in the treatment of patients with heart disease stable angina pectoris.Methods:There are 66 cases of deficiency syndrome both in Qi and Yin coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris, who are graded intoⅠ-Ⅲlevel. They are randomly divided into 33 cases in treatment group and 33 cases in control one.Patients in two groups are both based on the treatment of Western conventional antianginal medicine. Then the treatment group take 3 pieces of Shengmai capsule, 3 times a day and the control group take 20mg Wanshuangli (trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets, TMZ),3 times a day both for 28 days of treatment. To observe and compare the symptoms of angina, ECG,stopping or reducing rate of nitroglycerin,the results of treadmill test,effect of TCM symptoms and impact points of Shengmai capsule and Wanshuangli, then draw a conclusion.Results:The symptoms of angina, ECG,stopping or reducing rate of nitroglycerin effect of TCM symptoms and impact points and the results of treadmill test are all significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05). In the two groups, after the treatment besides the distinct difference in effect of TCM symptoms and impact points(P <0.05), there is no distinct difference in the otherresults (P>0.05). Conclusion:First, Shengmai capsule has a quite effective function in adjuvant treatment of patients with deficiency syndrome both in Qi and Yin coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris. Second, Shengmai capsule can significantly increase hypoxia tolerance of myocardial cells, and improve cardiac energy metabolism as well as Wanshuangli can do. but the specific mechanism remains to further study.
