Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Compound Shengmai Powder in the treatment of recurrent stable angina pectoris(Qi-Yin deficiency,heart-pulse stasis)after PCI for coronary heart disease, and to seek certain clinical research data. Methods: A total of 62 patients with recurrent stable angina pectoris after coronary heart disease PCI and TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi-Yin Deficiency,heart-pulse stasis were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(30 cases). There were no differences in gender, age, course of disease between the two groups. The treatment group was treated with Compound Shengmai Powder on the basis of conventional Western medicine, while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine for 4 weeks. The changes of angina efficacy, electrocardiogram efficacy, nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,Seattle Angina Scale,TCM syndromes, blood lipids,Hemorheology and various safety indexes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rates of angina,ECG,nitroglycerin and TCM syndromes in the treatment group were 87.50%,84.37%,84.37% and 87.50%,respectively,and those in the control group were 60.00%,56.67%,60.00% and 66.67%,respectively.Compared between the two groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Seattle Angina Scale score,TCM individual syndrome score and TCM syndrome total score were improved in both groups(P < 0.05 or< 0.01),and the above indexes were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05 or < 0.01).Both groups improved in blood lipids,Hemorheology and otheraspects(P < 0.05 or < 0.01),and each index(except HDL-C)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05 or < 0.01).There were no significant differences in safety indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and no adverse reactions and side effects were observed. Conclusion: Compound Shengmai Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of recurrent stable angina pectoris after coronary heart disease PCI(Qi-Yin deficiency,heart-pulse stasis)is superior to conventional western medicine alone in improving angina symptoms,ECG effective rate, nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,Seattle Angina Scale,TCM syndrome, blood lipids,Hemorheology and other aspects, and has certain safety.
