The treatment group match point by using method of Yin and Yang, the conventional acupuncture group method, Patients a daily treatment 1 times, six days a week treatment 1 day, rest every 2 weeks for a period of treatment, a total of 2 treatment. Before and after the treatment respectively in two groups Asthworth scale, patients with body movement function, daily life activity ability and determination, assess.Result:1. After the two groups duration decreased Ashworth score (P< 0.05), Fugl Barthel index Meyer score and-scores are increased (P< 0.05), statistically significant.2. The treatment group, as compared with control subjects after Ashworth score dropped significantly more treatment (P<0.05), and Meyer Fugl - Barthel index rating score and the treatment was more elevated P<0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The hole method with yin-yang and normal method of acupuncture group patients can be decreased acupuncture group, hypotonia, improve physical movement function and improve daily living skills.2.
