Objective:Compared with three Yang meridians of the foot by acupuncture to lower the spasticity hemiplegia treatment function, optimization of the acupuncture treatmentMethods:Choose75cases of stroke patients with lower limbs hemiplegia spasm, Randomly divided into three groups:the group of YangMing meridians of the foot25cases, the group of ShaoYang meridians of the foot25cases and the group of TaiYang meridians of the foot25cases. Acupuncture treatment3weeks, through the clinical spasms index CSI and Fugl-Meyer score,Observe the patient before and after acupuncture treatment of lower limb body spasticity and limb function recovery.The results:1、Three groups of patients before and after the treatment is healing, after treatment.clinical spasms index (CSI score) were reduced.but the YangMing meridian of the foot group without significant sexual difference (p>0.05). and the remaining two groups all have significant difference (p<0.05); Sufficient TaiYang meridian group acupuncture point of the decline of the group most significant, and feet less langevin ShaoYang meridian group compared, there is significant difference (p<0.05).2、Three groups of patients before and after the treatment is healing, after treatment, after treatment Fugl-Meyer movement function scores are higher score, and therapy is all before had a significant difference (p<0.05), the higher range from small to large order of sequence for YangMing meridian group, the ShaoYang meridian group, the TaiYang meridian group.Comparison between groups, acupuncture point are significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of the stroke hemiplegia lower limbs spasticity sufficient TaiYang meridian group curative effect is best, followed by ShaoYang meridian group, sufficient YangMing meridian group is the worst.
