The Research Of Immune Mechanism And Clinical Treatment Of Remission Of Asthma In Children By Shenqi Anti-Asthma Granules

Objective:To assess the treatment of clinical effects of remission of asthma in, children by Shenqi anti-asthma granules and probe its possible mechanism through observing its influence on the serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferonγ(IFN-γ), and the clinical curative effect in the remission of asthma (lung kidney empty type) by Shenqi anti-asthma granules.Methods:The 60cases of the remission of asthma in children, were randomly divided into two groups, Experimental group have 30 cases, Comparison group have 30 cases. Experimental group uses taking orally Shenqi anti-asthma medicine granules, medicines oral taking with 100-15 Oml mixing in boiled water with 100-150ml mixing in boiled water for oral taking. (Four-seven ages 70-100ml, which are divided to 2-3 timesoral taking per day; Eight-fourteen ages,which are divided to 2-3 times oral taking per day).Comparison group makes Fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol (Flixotide) Mild asthma:100-250ug/d,two times per Day. Moderate asthma: 250-500ug/d, two times per Day. Course of treatment last for 3 months. After a course of treatment, the children were observed and compared before and after treatment with major symptoms,signs,the number of respiratory tract infection,the changing level of serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon y (IFN-γ).Results:(1)Controls revealing rate of the experimental group was 50%, the total effective rate was 86.67%; controls revealing rate of comparison group was83.33%,and the total effective rate was90%. The experimental group and the control group of the total efficiency was no significant differences (P> 0.05);(2)The symptoms of children from two groups were improved the overall efficacy of TCM treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).(3) After treatment, the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and signs of integration are reduced after treatment with a significant difference (P <0.05) (4)Blood levels of IL-4 of the two groups after treatment was compared themselves before treatment,both of them have the significant difference (P <0.05); Compared the two groups after treatment, they are no significant difference.(5) two groups IFN-y after treatment compared with themselves before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), compared the two groups after treatment.they are no significant difference.Conclusion:1. Shenqi anti-asthma granules significantly reduced in patients with all kinds of clinical symptoms and signs, it is effective.2. Shenqi anti-asthma granules may improve asthma remission in peripheral blood of children, IL-4 and IFN-y disorder, to correct the immune imbalance of Thl/Th2, this may prevent asthma granules Shenqi one of the mechanisma of the disease.
