Influence Of The Immune Parameters And Tumor Marker Of Senile Advanced Nsclc With Integration Of Peiyuanyiliu Decoction

Object:It is a research aimed at fifty-two senile patients suffered from advanced NSCLC who accepted a two-months therapy using chemotherapy treatment and decoction.Treatment evaluation would be acquired through observing several different indexes of those patients.Methods:Patients were divided into two groups named control group and therapy group at random. The former accepted chemotherapy treatment (GEM), and the latter accepted chemotherapy treatment (GEM) and decoction (Peiyuanyiliu Decoction). Immune parameters(CD3,CD4,CD8), SF and tumor indicatorsC YFR A21-1 would be recorded during the whole therapeutic process.Results:Significant differences were founded between two groups in immune parameters(CD3.CD4.CD 8), SF and tumor indicators CYFRA21-1.Conclusions:1.Peiyuanyiliu Decoction can prevent elderly patients with advanced NSCLC patients with chemotherapy-induced cellular immune function.2.The association of GEM and Peiyuanyiliu Decoction could significantly reduce the level of SF and CYFRA21-1...
