The Significance Of Peri-operative Dynamic Changes Of Serum CYFRA21-1and M2-PK In NSCLC Patients

Objective：To investigate the feasibility of serum M2-PK and CYFRA21-1asthe factor of diagnosis and prognosis for NSCLC,by study the peri-operativedynamic changes of serum M2-PK and CYFRA21-1levels in non-small cell lungcancer (NSCLC)patients who undergo surgery.Methods：Serum M2-PK and CYFRA21-1levels were determined in30NSCLCpatients who were treated surgery by ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay)method before the day of operation and on12days and30days after operation.Meanwhile the control group were15benign pulmonary diseases patients undergosurgery were studied.Results：1.30NSCLC patients' CYFRA21-1level before operation(15.41±7.25)were higher than15benign pulmonary diseases patients(1.52±0.63)(P=0.000);2.30NSCLC patients' CYFRA21-1level after operation12days(7.63±3.01) and30days(3.85±1.53)are lower than the level before operation()(P<0.05);3.30NSCLCpatients' M2-PK level before operation(35.21±17.33) were higher than15benignpulmonary diseases patients(12.28±3.76)(P=0.000);4.30NSCLC patients' M2-PKlevel after operation12days(18.77±8.03) and30days are lower than the level beforeoperation(15.20±6.21)(P<0.05);5.30NSCLC patients' CYFRA21-1and M2-PKlevel before operation were related closely with the neoplasm staging(P<0.05).Conclusions：Combining testing the level of CYFRA21-1and M2-PK duringthe perioperative period,were feasible as the factor of diagnosis and prognosis forNSCLC.
