Purpose Objective KLK7 protein and E-cadherin in epithelial ovarian tumors and to analyze their clinical and pathological features of ovarian cancer, the relationship and the correlation between the two, both of epithelial ovarian cancer in its clinical significance.Methods benign and borderline epithelial ovarian tumors of all 10 cases, 40 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, conventional biopsy, HE stain, immunohistochemistry SP staining KLK7 two-step protein and E-cad in epithelial ovarian tumors expression status.Results(1) KLK7 protein was localized in epithelial ovarian cytosol and the nucleus, in human epithelial ovarian benign, borderline and malignant tumors KLK7 The positive expression rate was 20.00%, 30.00% and 77.50%; E-cad key located in the ovarian epithelial cell membrane and cytoplasm in human epithelial ovarian benign, borderline and malignant tumors E-cad positive expression rate was 90.00%, 70.00% and 42.50%; KLK7 protein in malignant and benign groups borderline malignant group was significant difference between groups (P <0.01 / P <0.05), E-cad in malignant and benign groups was statistically significant difference between groups (P <0.05).(2) epithelial ovarian cancer with higher clinical stage, histological grade reduction surgery in patients with lymph node or omental metastasis and peritoneal fluid in cells, KLK7 positive expression rate of rise (P <0.05 ), while E-cad positive expression rate decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01).(3) KLK7 protein and E-cad in epithelial ovarian cancer was negatively correlated (r =- 0.385 P <0.05).Conclusion1. KLK7 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer showed high expression, E-cad expression was low;2. KLK7 and E-cad protein in epithelial ovarian cancer with clinical stage, histological grade, invasion and metastasis, the two joint detection is a promising assessment of tumor malignancy, the prognosis of patients with the condition and the effective index;3. KLK7 protein and E-cad in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues were negatively correlated, both in epithelial ovarian tumor development, invasion and metastasi s may exist antagonistic effect.
