Objective:To observed the effects of jianpitang on spleen deficiency of rats' NO,SOD,MDA's level, and analyzes the influence of jianpitang on spleen deficiency rats and discuss the machanism of jianpitang on gastric mucosa damage resistance and mucosa resume.Methods:The 75 female rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal group.the model group. Chinese medicine low dose group, Chinese medicine high dose group. western medicine group,each group 15 rats. Used the method of KUHAN diarrhea and diet control, make the rats gastric mucosa damage model.except the normal group.and observe the effects of jianpitang on gastric mucosa damage, and check the level of NO,SOD and MDA.Results:1.Compared with the normal rats, the other groups'rats'weight were obviously lower, have very significantly difference (P< 0.01), the model group, chinese medicine treatment group, western medicine group'weight were not difference(P>0.05). After treatment, compared with the model group the western medicine group and chinese medicine group'rats were significantly higher (P<0.01). compared with the chinese medicine low dose group,Western medicine group and chinese medicine high dose group were higher than the low dose group (P<0.05).2. compared with the model group. jianpi tang treatment groups and western medicine group'level of NO was significantly higher (P<0.01), compared with Chinese medicine low dose group, western medicine group and chinese medicine high dose group's NO were higher than the low dose group(P <0.05). Chinese medicine high dose group and western medicine group'NO were not difference(P> 0.05).3.compared with the model group, jianpitang treatment group and western medicine group'SOD level was significantly higher(P<0.01), the low dose group, and High dose group'SOD level were not different (P>0.05).4. compared with the model group, jianpitang treatment group and western medicine group's content of MDA were significantly higher (P<0.01), compared with low dose group, high dose group's MDA content were higher than the low dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:jianpitang can protected rats'gastric mucosa. and the mechanism may be related with the effect of SOD,MDA,NO·s level.
