| Purpose:By experimental method, this paper discusses the role of guizhi fuzi quguijiabaizhu tang treatment for arthritis(AA) rats'mechanism.Material and method:There were forty SD rats, watched with randomly assigned randomly divided into four groups, Control group (A), Model group(B), Guizhi fuzi subtract gui add baizhu soup(C), Tripterygium wilfordii group(D). The rats were given complete Freund's adjuvant to induce adjuvant arthritis. Blank group, the model group was gave saline. Guizhi fuzi subtract gui add baizhu soup group was gave guizhi fuzi subtract gui add baizhu soup, Tripterygium wilfordii group was gave glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum. These four groups were given medicine Once a day. Continuous 24 days to medicine, In the first 25 days take blood. Adopt ELISA method to detection the level of TNF-a and IL-6s change; calculated serum hemolysin level; calculated macrophage phagocytosis percentage; synovial sac sliced and microscope, recorded pathology form. Experimental data with mean±standard deviation(x±s). SPSS13.0 software measurement data analysis of variance and group testingResults:1. Guizhi fuzi subtract gui add baizhu soup can reduce joint swelling in rats of the toes; reduce the level of IL-6,TNF-a and the percentage of phagocytosis of macrophages are lower than the model group, by statistical analysis, with differences (P<0.05); compared with the Tripterygium group, through statistical analysis, does not have differences (P> 0.05).2. Guizhi fuzi subtract gui add baizhu soup can can reduce the content of serum hemolysin, lower than in the untreated group, by statistical analysis, with a difference (P<0.05); with triptolide group, higher than that of triptolide group, through statistical Analysis, with a difference (P> 0.05).3. Control group, the normal articular surface of synovial tissue; model group was evident in the proliferation of synovial tissue, inflammatory cell infiltration, synovial tissue edema is very obvious; Tripterygium group significantly reduce synovial cell proliferation, reduce congestion and edema, significantly reduced the number of inflammatory cells, no tissue exudation. Guizhi fuzi subtract gui add baizhu soup group reduce the proliferation of synovial cells, synovial tissue edema and congestion, reduce the number of inflammatory cells.Conclusion:Guizhi fuzi subtract gui add baizhu soup on adjuvant arthritis in rats have some therapeutic effect. The mechanism may reduce serum levels of cells in the IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-a levels and the percentage of phagocytic macrophages and the content of serum hemolysin. Therefore, there is regulation of the immune and anti-inflammatory drug effect. |
