The Clinical Research On Tonifying Kidney And Raise Blood And Activating Blood Decoction For Treatment Kidney Deficiency Associated With Blood Less And Blood Stasis Type In Ovarian Reserve Function Descent Leaded To Menstrucation Delay And Hypomenorrhea

Objective: to observe the curative effect of tonifying kidney and raise blood and activating blood decoction for treatment kidney deficiency associated with blood less and blood stasis type in ovarian reserve function descent leaded to menstruation delay and hypomenorrhea and to discuss it's mechanism.Method: choose 60 cases whose deficiency of the kideney and hemophthisis to ovarian reserves delince leaded to menstruation delay and hypomenorrhea .The treatment group 30 cases (taking the tonifying kidney and raise blood and activating blood decoction ),30 cases (taking the huanshao capsule ).Observe the three cheif symptoms and systemic symptoms improve conditions before and after the treatment menstrual function curative effect, menstrual cycle, menstrual blood, the quality of the menstration to both groups of patients.To discove the based FSH and LH , FSH/LH, ovarian most bedding face average diameter changes before and after treatment.Conclusion: tonifying kidney and raise blood and activating blood decoction is an effective menthod in the treatment of the disease which is deficiency of the kideney and hemophthisis to ovarian reserves delince leaded to menstruation delay and hypomenorrhea .The mechanism of the tonifying kidney and raise blood and activating blood decoction could increase in the number of ovarian follicles and follicular for gonadotropins sensitivity,Prompted granulosa cells produce more statin,thereby reducing FSH and LH, FSH/LH level.In adation it can promote ovarian growth, increasing ovarian volume, thus improve ovarian function so as to regulate menstruation and improve the curative effect of menopausal symptoms.Results: Regulating menstruation function curative effect 86.67 %,63.33 % respectively. It is significant difference compared (P<0.01).After the treatment group therapy in menstrual cycle, menstrual blood, the quality and other clinical symptoms and treatment are very compared before significant differences (P<0.01).The treatment group after treatment, FSH and LH, FSH/ LH level decreased ,Compared with before treatment there are very significant differences (P<0.01).And between the group with significant differences(P<0.05)。The treatment group after treatment with the most bedding face average diameter ovary before treatment there are very significant difference compared (P<0.01),and between the group with significant differences(P<0.05).
