Reactivating The Ovarian Function With Invigorating The Kidney Activating The Blood And Regulating Menstruation Method Combined With Acupuncture-Clinical Observation Of The Therapeutic Efficacy

Objective:To observe and investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of invigorating the Kidney activating the blood and regulating menstruation method combined with Acupuncture on the patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve(DOR)in Kidney deficiency and Blood stasis-typed syndromes.To provide a theoretical based and effective therapy for this type of DOR patients.Methods:A Self-controlled clinical trial was performed.As my workplace is in a HongKong polyclinic where the case is not enough for observation,therefore the cases were from the Reproductive medicine and Gynecology clinic of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during the period of 2016.4.-2017.10.They were randomly divided into 2 groups:40 cases as TCM group were treated with the therapy,and 40 cases as TCM +AC group were treated with the therapy combined with acupuncture.3 menstrual cycles as 1 course.After 2 courses of treatment,we evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of TCM symptoms scores improvement,analyzed the changes of E2?bLH?bFSH?bFSH/bLH?AMH,and the antral follicle count(AFC),ovarian volume(OV),and ovarian stromal indices including Vascularization Index(VI),Flow Index(FI),and Vascularization Flow Index(VFI)were assessed by transvaginal sonography.Results:Compared with before the therapy,the total effective rate of reactivating ovarian function in the TCM+AC group was 41.25%,and the TCM group was 36.25%.the level of bLH,bFSH,bFSH/bLH,were significantly decreased(p<0.05),AMH were significantly increased(p<0.05),and they were significantly improved comparing to the TCM group,E2 and ovarian volume(OV)was found no significant different(p>0.05).The improvement of TCM symptoms scores were more obvious in the TCM+AC group than the TCM group(p<0.05).After 2 courses of treatments,the number of AFC were increased,PSV,VI,FI,and VFI were improved significantly(p<0.05),the observation and evaluation shown the TCM+AC group had better therapeutic efficacy than the TCM group(p<0.05)for reactivating the ovarian function.And no liver and kidney function injury was reported.Conclusion:The therapy combined with acupuncture was formulated according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It aims to reactivate the declining ovarian function priority to Premature Ovarian Failure(POF),the observation result shown that the therapy are safe and effective,and the therapy combined with acupuncture has better improvement?The therapy can improve the quality of life of the patients.The combination of Chinese medicine with acupuncture shown better efficacy.The possible mechanism is that the internal secretion of the reproductive axis can be adjusted by the Chinese medicine and accupuntures,This could be a result of from different angles,multi target,multiway to reactivate the endocrine of the reproductive axis,improve the microcirculation as well as the blood circulation to restore ovarian blood supply.
