Background and objectiveNasal inverted papillomais more common of nasal sinus benign tumors in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery, nasal sinus tumor accounts for the 0.4%~4.7%, the incidence of gender difference is bigger, male markedly higher than women's, City than for rural. According to the report, as the human diet, life and surrounding by environmental impact, aggressive cancers such as high recurrent and clinical characteristics. Its cause more complex and inducing factors,so far the exact cause is unclear, for a variety of factors may be caused by the comprehensive effect. As for signaling pathways conduction system in cancer research in the field of molecular biology, through the intervention signal transduction pathways tumor therapy has become the emerging field of biological therapy.Fascin protein belong to as trilobites structure protein a member of the family, human Fasein-1 (FSCN1) gene localization 7p22 in chromosomes, in normal tissues and organs, In FSCN1 expression between organization and nervous system leaves, encoding a molecular quality for 55 kDa cytoskeleton protein, but with F-actin combined, Located in the cytoplasm and cell membrane ruffle edge tension fibers of the filamentous pseudopods micro spines actin beams in the core. The Fasein protein N THR first 39 bits for protein kinase C (PKC) phosphorylation site, the sites Fascin phosphorylation adjustable actin metalloproteins and F-the combination of cell membrane surface activity and the locomotion and micro spines filiform formation. Tip Fascin protein may be in cell migration, cell adhesion and information exchange between cells process play a role. The formation and development of the tumor plays an important role, stimulate tumor invasion and metastasis.Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a kind of multi-functional factor, biological activity mediated by C-met listed protein, can promote tumor cell invasion and newborn angiogenesis HGF mainly by the stromal cells derived pluripotent cells factor, through the secreted oneself or paracrine effect on several forms of sexual cells (which such as liver cell renal tubular epithelial fine induction mitosis, stimulate cellular mobile and cell factors inducing apoptosis against. HGF-c-Met listed signaling pathways exist widely in various cells, on the growth and development of multiple tissue organ has an important physiological regulatoryfunction, is likely to provide an anti-tumor transfer control ofextremely hopeful target. This study was to collect in sequelae otolaryngol secco surgery for fresh tissue samples from patients, chronic idiopathic hypertrophic rhinitis inferior turbinate mucosal 12 patients (control group), nasal inerted papilloma 40 cases,14 cases of nasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma. This experiment using immunohistochemistry detectionNext FSCN1 and HGF middle nasal inerted papilloma and nasal squamous cell carcinomas tissue of expression, and the analysis of the results, explore HGF in N IP FSCN1 and the expression and organization clinical significanceMaterials and Methods1. Collect July 2009-2010 in October from otolaryngol secco surgery for fresh tissue samples from patients, chronic idiopathic hypertrophic rhinitis inferior turbinate mucosal 12 patients (control group),nasal inerted papilloma 40 cases,14 cases of nasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma. All cases were not do before radiation therapy, chemotherapy and other related treatment., clinical medical records complete, by pathological examination after with preoperative diagnosis. 2. Adopt immunohistochemical SP FSCN1 and analysis HGF in three kinds of nasal disease tissue of positive expression3. Using SPSS13.0 statistics packages analyzes the data, X2 inspection and spearman rank correlation analysis to a statistically significant (P<0.05)Results1. FSCN1 protein mainly express in cell plasma, the next middle turbinate organization for positive expression rate8.3%(1/12), in nasal inerted papilloma tissue of positive expression rate52.5% (21/40), in the nasal sinus squamous cell carcinomas tissue of positive expression rate for78.6%(11/14), three kinds of nasal tissue expression differences with a statistical significance (P<0.05)2. HGF mainly express in cell plasma, a few in the nuclei, the next middle turbinate organization for positive expression rate8.3% (1/12), in nasal inerted papilloma tissue of positive expression rate40.0%(16/40), in the nasal sinus squamous cell carcinomas tissue of positive expression rate for82.9%(12/14), three kinds of nasal tissue expression differences with a statistical significance (P<0.05)3. FSCN1/HGF in nasal inerted papilloma organization and nasal sinus squamous cell carcinomas organization were positively correlated (P<0.05)Conclusion1. FSCN1 and HGF in nasal inerted papilloma, both high expression organization, tip FSCN1 and HGF in nasal inerted papilloma occurrence and development of plays an important role.2. FSCN1 and HGF are involved in nasal inerted papilloma formation process, but with nasal inerted papilloma course of patients with factors such as age and gender is irrelevant.3. FSCN1 and HGF in nasal inerted papilloma associated with the expression, clew both may participate in the nasacollaborative inerted papilloma formation process.4. FSCN1 and HGF in the next middle turbinate organization nasal inerted papilloma organizations and nasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma in the expression in turn increase organization, clew both the nasal disease in three plays a role in promoting transformation.5. FSCN1 and expression of HGF may reflect nasal sinus tumor biological behaviour of objective indicators, botoerexpressed may be nasal inerted papilloma malignant transformation for the events in the early squamous cell carcinoma, through the inspection in three kinds of nasal disease between thexpression, for preventing nasal sinus benign and malignant tumors and diagnostic provide new ideas.
