Objective:Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yang Ding Ji Decoction in the treatment of Premature ventricular with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease (Syndrome of asthenia of yang)Methods:60 patients were selected according to the inclusion criteria. Patients were randomly the control principle of 30patients were divided into treatment group and controlled group 30 cases. The controlled group was treated with the metoprolol drug. The treatment group was based on medication plus Fu Yang Ding Ji Decoction on. The two groups respectively syndromes, ECG changes, safety detection compared and observed. All patients were given treatment for 4 weeks. All data were conducted using statistical software SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis.Results:1. Improve syndromes:the efficiency of the treatment group was 90.00%, the efficiency of the controlled group was 70.00%, The treatment group was superior than the controlled group in Improving syndromes after treatment (P<0.05).2. The treatment group has better effect in improving Individual symptoms of TCM such as palpitations,chest pain,aversion to cold,shortness of breath,fatigue,Shenpi,lazy words. There are differences (P<0.05)。Conclusion:Fu Yang Ding Ji decoction combined conventional Western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy with Premature ventricular Contractions with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease, Compared with conventional Western medicine therapy, improve clinical symptoms and signs and have a good effect. the prices are low, no significant side effects, further research should be observed.
