The Clinical Research Of Nourishing Yin And Supplementing Yang Sequentially To Prevent Form Recurrence Of Endometriosis

Endometriosis is characterized by extensive lesions and multi-pathological findings. Although it is considered that endometriosis is a benign lesion, it has an ability of tumor-like invasion, damaging the tissues around, distant metastasis and easy to recur, and its clinical presentations of infertility and pains have affect the life quality of patients. How to avoid the recurrence and to be pregnant as soon as possible is becoming the focus of the study.Objectives:By comparing the method of nourishing yin and supplementing yang with western medicine to evaluate the effect of recurrence avoid, and explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine, and provide new therapy for recurrence prevention and treatment of endometriosis.Methods:Choose 80 examples of endometriosis,40 examples of Chinese medicine treatment with the method of nourishing yin and supplementing yang, and 40 examples of western medicine as control group. By observing the difference of BBT, CA125, recurrence and pregnancy after treatment, to evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese and western medicine.Results:It showed no significant difference of recurrence between Chinese and western medicine, between patients sufferingâ… -â…¡andâ…¢-â…£phases, between laparoscopy and open surgery. The recurred group and non-recurred group CA125 has showed no significant difference. The Chinese medicine group and western medicine group the time of being pregnant was statistically significant, but without statistically significant during the visit phase. The Chinese medicine group had obviously short time in menstruation recovery. The Chinese medicine group and western medicine group both had CA125 decrease significantly after treatment, but the two groups showed no statistically significant. The method of nourishing yin and supplementing yang could improve BBT obviously. Pregnant group had significant CA125 decrease comparing with non-pregnant group. The Chinese medicine group and western medicine group had statistically significant in cost.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine and western medicine have the same effect on endometriosis recurrence prevention, and Chinese medicine can short the time of being pregnant. The two methods both can decrease CA125 levels, and short the time of ovary recovery, and improve reproductive environment of endometriosis patients. It can be referred that nourishing yin and supplementing yang has recurrence prevention of endometriosis.
