| Objective:Postoperative recovery is one of the important parts of Fast-Track Surgery.this study is to extrapolate the effect of acupuncture in promoting postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function after colorectal carcinoma resection in Fast-Track programme,in order to make acupuncture better involved in Fast-Track Surgery.Method:30 cases of patients suffered from colorectal cancer were analyzed and divided into two groups,15 cases of treatment group by Fast-Track programme and acupuncture and 16 cases of control group by Fast-Track programme. Observe the postoperative first exhaust time and defecate time;Observe the postoperative abdominal pain, abdominal distention and nausea and vomiting; Observe the time of bowel sounds occurring and restoring. Observe the gastrin figure of postoperative dayl and day5.Results:Through the statistical analysis,there were significant difference (P<0.05)in the time of postoperative first exhaust and defecate, postoperative abdominal pain, postoperative abdominal distention and postoperative nausea and vomiting between treatment group and control group; There were not significant difference (P>0.05) in the time of postoperative bowel sounds occurring and restoring, the gastrin figure of postoperative dayl and day5.Conclusion:(1) Based on Fast-Track Surgery, acupuncture has the same efficacy as gastrointestinal natural recovery to improve bowel sounds occurring and restoring.(2)It is not sure whether gastrin play an important role in acupuncture in promoting postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function;(3) Compare with gastrointestinal natural recovery, acupuncture can shorten the time of postoperative first exhaust and defecate and lighten postoperative abdominal pain, postoperative abdominal distention, postoperative nausea and vomiting. Acupuncture can optimize postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function in Fast-Track programm. |
