The main purposes of this study are follows:the first is research on changes of lipid level of animal which under the condition of hyperlipidemia. The second is research on changes of organization structure of intestine of the animal model 1 which got hyperlipidemia. And explore the regular charges in tissue structure by using lactobacillus on account of its prevention and treatment. The third is compared the therapy changes in organizational structure of animal intestine under the treatment with the drug and lactobacillus as well as diet on hyperlipidemia condition for find rational treatment of hyperlipidemia.In this study, we used 3-4-month-old SD rats which half male and female. The SD rat model of hyperlipidemia was established by feeding high fat diet. After successful modeling, the rats were randomly divided into 10 groups, respectively: control group, high-fat group, lipid-lowering group, drug group, the first prevent group, the second prevent group, the third prevent group, the first treatment group, the second treatment group and the third treatment group. In accordance with the corresponding experimental method, take intestinal biopsy, photographed and read the piece. We used software named Graph Pad Prism 5 Tow way-ANOVA Ordinary analyzed the data. Data were expressed by the mean and standard deviation, differences between groups were tested by using LSD. The results are as shows: 1 The hyperlipidemia model of SD rat was successfully established.2 After modeling, at different times, the histological changes of rat small intestine are as follows:The villus height, the thickness of the mucosa, inner ring muscle and outside longitudinal muscle of thirtieth days and sixtieth days are larger than the ninetieth days, but the crypt depth just the opposite. Comparing the thirtieth days and the sixtieth days experience result, there were no significant differences. 3 After modeling, the intestine histological changes of SD rat are as follows:Compare the villus height of duodenum, jejunum, and ileum. Blank group was the highest, followed by drug group, prevention group and regular feed group. The other groups had little difference. Compare the crypt depth of duodenum, jejunum and ileum, blank group have the minimum deepness, the less are drug group, prevention group and lipid lowering group. The other groups have little difference. Compare the mucosal thickness of duodenum, jejunum, and ileum, blank group was the thickest, followed by drug group, prevention group and regular feed group. Other groups had little difference.
