Observe The Clinical Effect Of Jiannao Granules In Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency With Qi Asthenia And Blood Stasis

Objective:By observing the impact of the clinical symptoms, blood lipids, blood rheology, oxidative stress and vessel elasticity of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI) liver and kidney yin deficiency with qi asthenia and blood stasis, we discuss the clinical efficacy of CCCI in the health treatment of Jiannao Granules.Methods:40 patients with CCCI are randomly divided into 2 groups,20 patients in the treatment group and 20 patients in the control group. Treatment group:Basic medicine(aspirin 100mg qd,Nimotop 0.03g tid,Atorvastatin 0.01g Qn),Jiannao Granules,1 Ji every day, Drinking with warm water in the morning and evening。(Jiannao Granules:Huang qi 15g,Zhi shou wu 10g,Shu di huang 10g,Pu huang 10g,Dang gui 10g,Chuan xiong 10g,Qiang huo 12g). Control group:Basic medicine. Patients who are with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and other diseases combined, using corresponding treatment in both groups.8 weeks for a course. Observing the clinical symptoms, blood lipids, blood rheology, Superoxide Dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and the hemodynamic parameters of transcranial dopp ler(TCD)of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI) liver and kidney yin deficiency with qi asthenia and blood stasis.Result:1,The basic data, symptom scores, blood lipids, blood rheology, SOD, MDA and TCD parameters of Two groups before treatment have no significant correlation (P>0.05), after 8 weeks, treatment group total score and times compared with control group have significant difference (P<0.05); the overall more cure rate of treatment group (90%) and control group (55%)have significant differences (P<0.05)。2,After 8 weeks treatment group TC, LDL-C compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05)。Treatment group, platelet aggregation, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity and high shear whole blood viscosity compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05)。Treatment group, SOD, MDA compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05)。3,After 8 weeks, PI, RI in treatment group left and right MCV, VA and lonely BV vascules, compared with the control group there were significant differences (P>0.05), however, PI in treatment group, the corresponding rate of increase is lower than the control group.4,Blood, liver and kidney functions were normal, there were non-toxic side effects before and after treatment.Conclusion:Jiannao Granules can effectly improve the clinical symptoms, appropriately extend the period of treatment, help to improve the clinical symptoms, the rate of treatment group higer than Ccontrol group, the overall effect is not lower than the control group, and appropriate treatment to extend more pronounced effect.; It can effectively regulate the lever of blood lipids, inhibit platelet aggregation, lower fibrinogen and blood viscosity. Serum SOD activity can be improved,oxygen free radicals be cleared and the antioxidant capacity be improved.It can also lower serum MDA, reduce oxidative metabolites. It provide the basis to effectively prevent and control CCCI, and delay the brain arterial stiffness or related cerebrovascular disease.
