Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Proteinuria Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Disease Of The Type Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin With Jiaweishenqidihuangtang

Purpose:Observed the clinical effect of JiaweiShenQiDiHuang Decoction on treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria of qi-yin deficiency;explore preliminary the mechanism of action of Buqiyangyin,Huayulishi treatment treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria of qi-yin deficiency,in ord to provide conceivable therapy method.Method:Chosen 60 patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria of qi-yin deficiency according to the conditions,they are divided into two groups,one is the experimental group, the other is the control group,they both have 30 patients.Basing on the symptomatic treatment,the experimental group is theated by the JiaweiShenQiDiHuang Decoction, the control group is theated by the HuangKui kapseln.The period of treatment for them are both 8 weeks.The change of target aim need to be taken notes.Result:1.The experimental group has prominent curative effect after treatment,p<0.01,the difference has prominent statistical significance, compareing with the control group,the difference is remarkable.2.The TCM syndrome accumulate points of experimental group drop obviously,p<0.05, the difference has statistical significance. compareing with the control group, The experimental group is better than the control group for all of the target aims except aching lumbus,p<0.05, the difference has statistical significance.3.The experimental group has prominent curative effect in reducing Proteinuria,comparing with the effect before and after treatment,p<0.05 for the qualitative methods,p<0.05 for the quantitative methods i the difference has statistical significance.Compareing with the control group,p<0.05, the difference has statistical significance.4.The experimental group don't have Significant change for the blood creatinine(Cr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) before and after treatment,p>0.05, the difference haven't statistical significance. Compareing with the control group,p>0.05,the two groups haven't Significant change.5.The experimental group has prominent curative effect in increasing the ALB, p<0.05, the difference has statistical significance.
