| Purpose: Through clinical trials, the objective evaluation of tutor’s experience prescription Qidiguben decoction in the treatment of proteinuria caused by chronic glomerulonephritis(deficiency of both qi and yin)the safety and clinical efficacy, provide a valuable material for clinical.Method: In Jilin province people’s Hospital Outpatient Department of traditional Chinese medicine from 2014 January to 2015 January were diagnosed as proteinuria caused by chronic glomerulonephritis(deficiency of both qi and yin)a total of 60 cases, according to the method of random, control, it will be randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. In the basic treatment, the treatment group was given Qidi Guben decoction, the control group was given Shenyankangfu Tablets, continuous medication for 8 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, the treatment of symptoms were recorded before and after, protein quantitative and qualitative integral and compared.Result: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group in the total efficiency were 83.33%,70%, syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the total effective rate was 86.66%,73.33%. The above results were significant difference(P<0.05).24 h urine protein, urine protein qualitative and TCM symptom, respectively in the two groups and between the groups, the results were different significantly(P<0.05). TCM symptoms, less gas weakness, or easy cold, afternoon fever, no significant difference or cardiac heat results(P>0.05). Lusterless complexion, lumbago, edema, dry mouth and throat, sore throat or throat dark results there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Application of Qidiguben decoction in the treatment of proteinuria caused by chronic glomerulonephritis(deficiency of both qi and yin), could improve clinical symptoms, decrease the content of urinary protein, curative effect. |
