The Study Of The Treatment On Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Withusing Baoganxiaozhi Granule By Observing The Change Of The TNF-α After The Treatment

Purpose:the study of the treatment on non-alcoholic fatty liver of stagnation of liver-QI and deficiency of the spleen and blood stasis wet chaotic syndrome with using Baoganxiaozhi granule by observing the clinical effect and the change of the TNF-a before and after the treatment.Method:The protocol for this study including 80 patients with NAFLD was employed,which was accorded to the income standard.The patients were randomized into two groups,The basic treatment of two groups is the same.The patients took Baoganxiaozhi granule in treatment group,while 40 cases of the control group took the Shuifeijibin capsule.The period of treatment was 4 weeks in each group.The situation of patients were observed and compared,including the clinical syndrome and the change of TNF-a.Result:â‘ fter the treatment,there was no significant difference of liver functions testing,Blood lipid between the two groups (P>0.05),but in both two groups there were significant difference before and after the treament (P>0.05);â‘¡And the type-B ultrasonic and TNF-a had changed after the treatment (P<0.05),also there were significant difference before and after the treament (P>0.05);â‘¢But the change of the clinical syndrome score in treatment group was significant to the control group(P<0.05),and both had ignificant difference after the treament(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical observation of the groups of Baoganxiaozhi granule and Shuifeijibin capsule proves that Baoganxiaozhi granule and Shuifeijibin capsule both can improve clinical syndromes and relieve the degree of seriousness with type-B ultrasonic checking.and TNF-a had plummeted,And the treament group was better than the control group in the clinical syndrome score in Stagnation of liver-QI and deficiency of the spleen and blood stasis wet chaotic syndrome, The clinical study was good safety.
