Objective:To study the expression of VEGFA\D in early-stage invasive cervical carcinoma and analyse the two biological indicators of the correlation between expression and clinical Pathological correlation and study the mechanism of lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis and the relationship between the expression of VEGFA\D and lymph node metastasis. Methods:The expression of VEGF-A,VEGF-D were analyzed in 50 cases of early-stage invasive cervical carcinomas and 15 cases of normal cervical tissue by immunohistochemistry method. Simultaneously, Lymphatic vessels density (LVD) was assesed after staining with D2-40 antibodies. The relationship between expression of VEGF-A\D and the the pathologica features was statistically analyzed. Results:the expression of VEGFA\D were significantly higher in early-stage invasive cervical carcinoma than that in normal cervix tissue group (p<0.05); the expression of VEGFA\D protein were correlated with lymph nodal metastasis (p<0.05),but not with histological classification, histological grade and FIGO stage (p>0.05); The LVD in cervical cancer pateints with VEGF-A and VEGF-D positive expression was significantly higher than that with VEGF-A and VEGF-D negative expression (p<0.05);In early-stage invasive cervical carcinoma, the expression of VEGF-A and VEGF-D had a positive correlation(r=0.585, p<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with the expression of VEGFA\D in normal cervical tissue, both VEGF-A and VEGF-D are significantly increased in early-stage invasive cervical carcinoma, and the over expression of VEGF-A and VEGF-D is correlated with lymph node metastasis.lt suggests VEGF-A and VEGF-D may play an important role in the process of lymphatic metastasis in the early stage of invasive carcinoma of cervical uteri.VEGF-A and VEGF-D are co-expressed in human cervical carcinoma, and the expression of them has a positive correlation. It suggests VEGF-A and VEGF-D have a synergistic effect on Promoting lymphangiogenesis of tumor.
