| Objective:Objective To detect the expression of gastric MK, UPA, To investigate the relationship of the invasion of gastric cancer,metastasis, and MK, UPA.Methods:MK, UPA were detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidin-peroxidase method in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of gastric cancer near the edge of 5cm from the normal expression of tissue as a control.Results:expression of MK, UPA rates were 63.33%,51.67%in the 60 cases of gastric carcinoma higher than rates were25.00%,10.00% in the 20 cases of gastric cancer near the edge of 5cm from the normal expression of tissue, (P<0.05). the expression of MK, UPA rates in Full-thickness infiltration of gastric cancer higher than infiltrating mucosa, muscular layer of gastric cancer, (P<0.05); the expression of MK, UPA rates in poorly differentiated of gastric cancer higher than well-differentiated of gastric cancer, (P<0.05); the expression of MK, UPA rates in with Lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer higher than without Lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer, (P<0.05); the expression of MK and UPA was positively correlated (P<0.05).Conclusions:the expression of MK, UPA in gastric cancer and invasion, metastasis of gastric cancer were closely related, the expression of MK and UPA was positively correlation, combine them may be used as to Protein targets to determine the development and prognosis of gastric cancer. |
