| Purpose:treatment and control groups comparative study on different treatment AS programmes, an objective assessment of tonifying kidney and strengthening Governor vessel, wind-dispelling dehumidification for dispelling cold and quyu-tongluo method and sulfapyridine xuanju strong capsule combined with nitrogen treatment AS the efficacy and safety.Method:using simple, randomized, controlled clinical trials of non-blind in accord with principles,60 cases of primary ankylosing spondylitis diagnostic criteria of patients, all finish observation.60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, including 30 cases in treatment group, XuanJu powerful capsule+willow nitrogen sulfonamides pyridine SASP) (with combined therapy of traditional,30 cases in western medicine, with simple SASP treatment, period of treatment are for six months.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group total effectiveness complications, both more statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group and control group of TCM syndrome integral, BASDAI integral and BASFI integral in the before and after treatment were significantly improvement (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than control (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Two groups before and after the treatment of objective indicators, such as pillow wall span, schober test, morning stiffness time improve have significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05), morning stiffness time compared between the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05), the more was not statistically significant(P>0.05); treatment group and control group laboratory therapeutic indexes such as before and after treatment, ESR CRP levels are improved significantly (P<0.01 or P<0.05), compared between the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); the treatment group adverse reaction rate have 6.7 percent, the control group adverse reaction rate 20%, both comparative differences have statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:kidney zhuang zadok qufeng dehumidification scattered cold, remove blood stasis, dredging method in improving the clinical symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis have remarkable curative effect.
