| Objective:Deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs is common diseases. Thrombolytic, anticoagulant therapies are the classic non-surgical means to treat this disease. Urokinase is the most commonly used thrombolytic drug. Therapeutic effect is relating to drug dose, administration route and dosing time. So far there was no uniform standard about administration route and dosing time.Through investigating the thrombolytic effective of different dose and administration route on deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, we hope looking for an appropriate method to treat deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods:80 patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were divided into four groups. In group A the 20 patients received urokinase 1000,000 IU through affected limb deep vein administration route. In group B the 20 patients received urokinase 1000,000 IU through veins of upper limb administration route. In group C the 20 patients received urokinase 500,000 IU through affected limb deep vein administration route. In group D the 20 patients received urokinase 500,000 IU through veins of upper limb administration route. In the meantime, the clinical data in 80 patients with DVT were studied.Results:1.The most common risk factors were age over years old (91.2%), surgery (25%), serious trauma (17.5%), long term immobilization (15%), malignant tumor (5%). 2. Effective power in group A was 100%, in group B and in group C was 95%, while in group D it was 55%.Four was significant difference in effective power among the 4 group. The group A, B and C were better than the group D (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Lower limbs of deep vein thrombosis disease often have some risk factors. The most common risk factors were age over years old, surgery, serious trauma, long term immobilization, malignant tumor.2. Thrombolysis with large-dose urokinase could acquire well therapeutic effect, which also increased risk of hemorrhage.3. Administration route of affected limb deep vein was effective, economical, convenient and safe for treating deep vein thrombosis. It's suitable for various levels hospital. |
